Quick delivery
Quick delivery. The mat was a paler shade of grey than on the photo, but it's actually fitted in very well 😄

GORGEOUS, SMART, LARGE FRONT DOOR MAT
I'd bought one of the large slate grey (actually a blue grey) turtle mats for my own new front door and was so so happy with it, that I bought my extremely aesthetically fussy sister one for the front of her smart house. She's very difficult to buy gifts for and she LOVES IT as much as I love mine.
I could upload a pic of how great it looks, but I can't see how to do this.

Used turtle mats for years
Used turtle mats for years, they are strong, easy to wash, and look good.
The only downside is they have to be washed before using the first time. It would be nice if you could wash them.
I just bought a runner which I had to take to the laundromat as it wouldn’t fit in my washing machine.
An extra £8.

Lovely quality mat
Lovely quality mat, I have many of these and they wash well. However, a little disappointed my latest purchase (in the sale) although the colour is rich it is much darker in dyes than the same mats purchased previously. I did want to place them next to each other. Colour does not change the quality which I am pleased with.

Hi Susan,
Thanks for taking the time to leave a review.
We're glad to hear you love the quality of your new mat but it's a shame to hear the colour isn't right. Every care has been taken to ensure the colour representation and sizing on the website is as accurate as production processes allow, however a slight variation in the colour of or size of actual goods may occur. Our cotton design mats utilise a unique precision dye technique. We make every effort to ensure continuity of colour however batches can vary.
If you wish to discuss further, please don't hesitate to send us an email and we'll be happy to help.
Kind Regards,
Turtle Mat

I love the Cape Cod door mat
I love the Cape Cod door mat! It arrived in a very reasonable amount of time, and it seems robust enough to withstand all the elements. And it looks nice! So functional and aesthetically pleasing—what’s not to love?

2nd order and sadly again the delivery…
2nd order and sadly again the delivery was shocking. First time I found a ripped parcel on the road and the second time (some great offers) I still haven’t found it after 4 days. I did tell turtlemat about the first incident but I assume you still use the same rubbish delivery people. Great shame! I now have to ask for a refund which is disappointing
