Turned Art Arvostelua 

So according to your website and everything that I’ve looked at my picture should have already been sent. I placed my order and approved it 10/22/2025, I am in the United States and the longest it says that it would take was 15 days but I don’t know if that’s business days I’ve checked in a few times and I’m told that it’s with the printer and I’ll get an email when it ships, I don’t feel that I can give a proper review at this time as I have not seen the final project and it has yet to ship. I am also holding off on any future orders until I get a better understanding of the length of time it takes for the process.

I ordered a custom portrait of my dogs, Duke and Duchess, from Turned Art and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! The whole process was very easy. I sent in my photo, chose the watercolor style and white float frame on canvas, and they even sent me a proof before printing. I was able to make a couple of small edits to adjust the saturation and to make sure everything looked perfect. Their communication throughout was quick and friendly.

When the portrait arrived, it was packaged is a sturdy, and they added extra protection on all the corners so nothing got damaged. The quality of the canvas and frame is amazing, and it looks even better in person. Highly recommend Turned Art if you want something special and custom-made!

Updated review. Initially I did not get the concept that the artwork is water washed for effect and showing other people, they all say the picture looks great. Apologies if my first review did not reflect that. I would recommend.

A very high price for what was received. It’s a nice picture which has been digitally altered to look like water colour but that’s about it. I wasn’t wowed by it when I received it. I’d have been happier if I’d paid half of what I did.

I was intrigued by these canvas prints so I thought why not try them out and place an order. I received my proofs and found a change was needed. Within a couple of days I had my final proof sent to me and I approved it immediately! I received my canvas today and I am absolutely IN LOVE WITH IT! This is a Christmas present for my husband! I can’t wait for him to open it!

The picture came completely ripped and crinkled down one side. The other side has a 3in rip in it! All due to someone shoving it into the packaging tube. Our picture is ruined.
Very disgusted! Waited almost a month for it to arrive! Didn’t receive any shipping updates.

It was not what I expected very disappointed. It was supposed to be a scene of a mountain that had memories but instead looks like a bunch of weeds
