Also purchased £600 mirror in January! After several phone calls as to why it it hadn't shipped, I went online today only to see that there website is down! Looks like they've gone out of business.

Right now we have no way of getting our money back.

Take a huge wide berth from this company Turnbull & Thomas it is scamming for money, we purchased a high ticket item at the beginning of the year 2020 and have been given excuse upon excuse why the item has not been sent out in spite of it still showing as in stock!? they are now no longer answering their phones or messages, our situation has become so desperate that we have now had to request our Credit Card company recover the funds stolen from us... Shame on the Directors of this company we have worked hard to save for this furniture and you have turned our purchasing experience into one massive nightmare!

Recent update I believe this company may of gone out of business one of its directors resigned from Companies House last week and now both its Facebook and Twitter feeds have been switched off take care people..

Appalling customer service. I ordered my goods nearly 6 weeks ago and they still have not been delivered. Despite chasing on email they have not confirmed a delivery date or kept me updated. It remains to be seen when I will actually receive my goods....

Quick and helpful responses to the emails I sent about estimated delivery and fabric sample. Good communication and service from the people who delivered. Both were very professional and helpful!

Product excellent, however, delivery a bit slow. Ordered chair in 11 January and delivered on 11 February. Had to phone company twice to ask for a delivery date.

Very disappointed with products and customer service. I admit I didn’t open the chairs for several weeks as we were renovating but I did inform the company of this. 4 out of the 6 were either dented or marked on the seats. Company stuck to their 3 days to check policy so I’m left with 2 good chairs out of 6. I provided photographic evidence of the packing still on the chairs so they could see they hadn’t been used. Very upset and disappointed

Good communications and kept me up to date with the process, (it was a made to order piece). Arrived today, again excellent updates on delivery time, two nice guys carried it to the room of my choice. Such a beautiful piece of furniture. Very happy customer.

Had to make couple of phone calls to see wh were my order was as no email or call to say it was delayed and was told my postage would be refunded. After another call my postage got credited the customer should not have to keep checking what's going on with their order.
