Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the previous slow shipping experience. Due to severe weather events such as snowstorms, heavy rain and high winds in many parts of North America, our logistics partners are facing delivery delays beyond our control.
While we are constantly following up to get your shoes to you as quickly as possible, safety is always the top priority with shipping. We know this delay can be frustrating and will continue to improve our logistics capabilities to provide faster and smoother service for future orders.

Also ich bestelle gerne nochmal

Dear Stephanie,
Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. I sincerely apologize that we did not respond to your requests made via the website message board.
Currently, our customer service system is integrated with our official email support@turbosneaker.com and WhatsApp only. The website message system is limited to regional resellers at this time.
We did not realize messages were being left on our retail site, and have now flagged this integration gap to our IT team. Please accept our apologies that we missed your messages, and rest assured we are working to improve communication across all channels.
Do not hesitate to email support@turbosneaker.com or WhatsApp us directly for the fastest response. Thank you again for your feedback, and for being a Turbosneaker customer.
