Interactive and informative
A really interactive course which set this apart from other courses I have attended. Derek was incredibly knowledgeable and I feel confident in applying Scrum in my organisation now. Highly recommend!

Scrum Master course
Really enjoyed the Scrum Master training and thought it was led very professionally with good amount of knowledge and also nice small breaks in between to keep the focus. The only suggestion I would like to make is perhaps doing a role play as a Scrum Master and the scrum team to enhance the experience and really understand the dynamics in practice. 4 stars as I think one of the big group exercises was confusing to follow.

I have tried role-play as a Scrum Master in earlier courses and the results were variable. Of course, times change and so do students needs so I'll re-visit role play and perhaps try the odd small experiment, see how it goes.
I guess you're referring to the Process Game when talking about the big group exercise? I've run that for some years now and in almost all situations its extremely well received. However, I take your point that a large group may find it confusing in places.
So, what I'm thinking is that a different exercise for classes of 15 or more students may be better for the class so that's exactly what I'll experiment with.
