This appears to be a scam. I placed an order worth over PKR 16,000 and paid via bank transfer. The seller promised delivery within two days; however, it is now the fifth day and the order has not been delivered.

The seller provided an incorrect phone number to TCS. TCS informed me that the only way to proceed with delivery was for the shipper to correct my number. The seller claimed they had done so, but after two additional days, the number was still not updated.

As a result, the shipment is now being returned. The seller has stopped responding to my calls and messages. This appears to be intentional so that I do not receive the shipment while they retain the payment.

I will be reporting this matter to my bank and relevant authorities.

The design is nice and it works well in cold weather. However, the overall quality is average, and the zippers feel below average. Not really worth the price.

Poor support, size for product isn't mentioned on site. it just says standard size. Asked from support and they replied after 2 days and still wasn't able to confirm the size. after cancelling the order and buying it from iron gear i receive an order confirmation call after 5 days. Don't know what's going on but their warehouse and support depart needs improvement. pathetic.

Very poor quality stuff. Pathetic exchange policy despite he tic effort couldn’t get a damaged article back. Even spend 800 additional rupees on sending the damage article back.

Worst Experience with Turbo Brands Factory – Beware Before Ordering!

I regret ever trusting Turbo Brands Factory. I ordered trousers from them, and not only was one delivered dirty, but the other had a size issue. Fine, mistakes happen—but what followed was pure negligence.

I returned the items via express shipment and clearly told them I needed the replacements by December 18th for an upcoming trip on the 19th. They received my shipment on December 14th (yes, confirmed via tracking), but since then, they’ve gone completely silent.

No confirmation of receiving the return.
No tracking for the replacements.
No refund. NOTHING.

It’s December 19th now—and they still didn't confirm the receipt? I shared screenshot from the courier company that they have received the returned package. They are scamming people, 7000 Rs is a very small amount to go this low and pjt your business reputation on stake. I specifically ordered these for my trip, and Turbo Brands Factory has absolutely ruined my plans.

Their complete lack of professionalism and customer service is shameful. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I’d recommend staying far away from them.
