Your service is good even customer service is great but your service is way mire expensive than other providers

It was good, so far. Have had problems in the past but all good!

Great customer service

Turbify agents kept calling me to resolve problems after my initial bad experience. Every call was from India with heavy accent - instant red flag for me. Each call was followed up with a support case email to resolve an issue. I ignored them and hung up on them. Then I changed my tactic and started probing for more info to prove to myself that these were calls from a scam call center. HOWEVER, each agent was polite and knowledgeable. Last agent I spoke with provided real help with switching web hosting plan, resulting in reduced bill. He guided me through billing updates and showed me how to set up a new website. I ended up apologizing to the guy at the end of the call after the help received.

This company is working hard to make things right by hiring real people with real knowledge. Never judge a book by its "accent".

The representative I dealt with was patient and calm. We went through a discussion of how my problem could be solved and, in the end, he came up with a solution that worked perfectly for me.

Good service, efficient and effective

Turbify hasn't sent me an email informing me of yet another unjustified fee increase, which is both unfair and illegal. Furthermore, they want to make me look like a fool for not checking my spam and junk inboxes.

I had a txt support encounter. Hitesh was awesome. He was very patient, responded timely via chat. He was polite and accurate. When he had to look something up he was clear on the wait time and checked in periodically. He went over all my concerns, verified the changes and confirmed I understood the solution. out chat went on for a while and at no time did I feel rushed. Could not have had a better experience.

Very helpful in handling all my concerns and explaining new plans to meet my needs. I can now be confident that my website is able to be enhanced to meet my future expectations and customer satisfaction. Thank you Turbify Team!

The technician was very patient and informative

You have not fixed my website in years, and I have called to have it fixed like 5 times. Every time I save my website it reverts back to an unsecure site.

The Tech Support person was able to solve my issue.

The documentation needs to be a little more understandable.

Dealing with Turbify online is a total nightmare. It is confusing, rarely helpful. Information given by chat support isn't helpful typically. If we have an issue with our business account my business partner cannot contact anyone about our account and I have to always do it which isn't always helpful in the moment needed. Our pricing flexs for no reason. Honestly just not happy with the service as a whole.
