I paid for an item 12 days ago and i have not heard from them since,no emails nothing to show that a delivery process is ongoing

Almost instant acknowledgement of my order. Tracking updates available every 2 or 3 days for 3 weeks. Last update advised parcel had been delivered to my address.. it hadn't. Next 6 days I sent emails advising non delivery.. no response what so ever... very untrustworthy company...DO NOT BUY FROM TUOMIOO

Je mets 1 étoile car je ne peux pas mettre zéro. J’ai commandé sur tuomioo.com, j’ai payé, mais je n’ai jamais reçu les produits. Malgré plusieurs emails envoyés, je n’ai reçu aucune réponse du service client.

Le site prétend que ma commande a été livrée alors que ce n’est pas le cas. Aucun suivi réel, aucun support, zéro communication. Je ne recommande absolument pas ce site.

⚠️ Beaucoup d’autres clients signalent la même chose : produits jamais reçus, aucune réponse aux emails, et des avis indiquant que le site pourrait être une arnaque.

Ne faites pas confiance à ce site, et si vous avez déjà payé, ouvrez une dispute auprès de votre banque ou de votre service de paiement.

I give 1 star because I can’t give zero. I ordered from tuomioo.com, I paid, but I never received the products. Despite sending several emails, I never received any reply from customer service.

The website claims that my order was delivered, which is not true. There is no real tracking, no support, and zero communication. I absolutely do not recommend this website.
