I bought hair from this shop and the quality was very bad, nothing like what was advertised. They asked me to write a positive review and said they would pay me if I did so. The payment was conditional on posting the review. I wrote exactly what they asked but it could not upload and i explained what was happening,but they never paid me at all. I tried many times to follow up, but they ignored me and never kept their word. Do not trust them — they lie just to get good reviews and will not pay you what they promise,and they sale very bad hair.

I had a great experience with TunefulHair! The hair arrived on time and was packaged nicely. The wig was soft, true to length, and had a natural look right out of the package. It was easy to install, and I appreciated that it didn’t have a strong odor. The lace blended well, and the hair held up nicely after styling.

J’aimerais mettre zéro étoile. Pour commencer, j’ai commandé cette perruque avec une livraison annoncée sous 7 jours, mais je ne l’ai reçue qu’après 30 jours. Elle ne m’a donc servi à rien puisque je l’avais achetée pour mon anniversaire. En plus de ce retard, j’ai dû payer 36 $ de frais de douane. Lorsque j’ai enfin ouvert le colis, j’ai découvert une perruque déjà découpée, d’une qualité catastrophique. Les cheveux sont 100 % synthétiques, avec un aspect plastique très bas de gamme, et la couleur n’a absolument rien à voir avec celle présentée sur les photos du site. Au total, j’ai payé près de 230 $ pour une perruque en plastique, livrée avec un énorme retard et qui ne correspond en rien à la description. C’est de loin la pire expérience d’achat que j’ai eue. TUNEFUL est une très mauvaise entreprise, la qualité est déplorable et le produit reçu est totalement différent de ce qui est vendu. Honnêtement, même si cette perruque m’avait été offerte gratuitement, je ne la porterais jamais tellement elle est affreuse.
