They have stunning arrangements which is why it’s really hard to be giving this one star review. I bought these flowers as a gift and unfortunately one of the stems lasted just a day. They replaced one of the stems and then the other started to die the next day. After speaking to their customer service, they mentioned that cut flowers don’t last that long and that they already replaced one stem so instead they can give me a discount on my next order. Their reasoning doesn’t add up when one cut flower identical to other dies much quicker. Also I think they should add in the disclaimer of the expected lifespan under the right conditions. I would’ve purchased something else if I knew one day was the life expectancy.

Hello Salem ,
as your coping the review from your old review which you post on google , as we have offered on the day of complain a full replacment with your reciver and after 7-days of your order you have complained that the replaced flowers started to die , as you know fresh cut flowers are diffrent then plants and they have limitation of lifespan and wont live forever ,
all details of taking care of cut flowers are mentioned on the website for you further knowledge.
+ keeping fresh flowers in the kitchen as the picture you provide will surly effect the life of flowers as its not the proper location for fresh flowers.
Have a nice day and thank you for ordering from Tulip Flowers
Keep it up.
Great.
Requesting to lower the prices little bit, or provide discount cards (Waffer or Fazaa).
