Tidy quality
Great box. Very secure. Good delivery. Would be 5 stars but the 2 locks have 2 different keys. Shame. I have to fiddle about with both keys.

Hi Graham - After several delivery attempts, on this occasion, FedEx did not meet our expectations. We continually evaluate our couriers and have noted the issues for our continuous review and development process.
Website a little confusing product ok but not perfect.
Firstly when you place an order on their website for delivery it asks you for a collection day which is a bit odd. Item turned up on the day i put which left me wondering if I could have had it sooner. Secondly the box turned up and their name plate had been riveted on the wrong way which looked odd. I raised this with Tuffboxes they did offer to take it back and correct it but I needed to use it so done the job myself, Would have been good if they have offered a gesture of good will especially as they have since sent out an email offering discount for me or a friend on the next purchase. lastly the handles on each side are not fit for purpose as your hands just slip out when you try to lift the box. Other than this box is well made.

Tuff Boxes are excellent quality site boxes and a good solid structure. We have always purchased Amorgard in the past but we will be changing to TUFF BOXES moving forward.
