Omni Pool Builders and Design LLC Arvostelua 3

This is an honest review about Omni Pool Builders
The crew that is sent out for every part of the process is great. But I have to say their customer contact is very poor. They have an app “Buildertrend” to communicate thru. Bullet points about the build are put on there. BUT you ask questions and they never are answered. You must track them down and try to call on the phone. Also we had a brick walk way put in on one of the sides. You would expect it to be straight. It was not. No way was this shown during consult like this. And it would have cost more money to tear out at this point. No one said a thing about this. No one being the team until many phone calls were made. And then it was too late. I have friends that want to put in landscape and pools. I cannot recommend Omni Pools.

From start to finish, Omni was fantastic. Jim was our project manager and he was awesome. Always friendly, timely, helpful and easy to work with. He followed through on everything he promised and the team did a great job with the pool. Also thanks to Shahr for managing the back end. A great experience.

The folks at Omni Pool Builders exceeded all of my expectations. Staff and work crews were kind, courteous, professional, and most of all, were rapid in addressing my questions and concerns. As a retiree, time and dollars was a big concern for me. To my surprise, the replastering project for my pool and new filtering system was completed in record time and was very well within the estimate given. Special thanks to Jim and Meghan for following through on getting this project completed so fast. I highly recommend Omni Pool Builders for anyone needing pool services in Tucson, AZ.
