Skip them unless you want a headache
Bought the one piece themed pro max or whatever the most expensive model less than 2 years ago. At first the chair looks cute, but then the mechanism of backrest tilt completely broke and stuck at full lay down position at one stage and seat base became tilted. I messaged their customer service, after a long process of sending them photos of every possible angle of the chair they determined it needs a part replacement. No worries I'll go with that, but no, first I have to pay for shipping(which ain't cheap), then it's also out of stock. I offered to grab a voucher towards a new chair since I'm left without a computer chair, they sent me a offer of some weak as discount towards a specific model in specific colour, and repeatedly told me they are only doing it as a good will gesture. Skip them if you want a proper computer chair that won't break in a couple of years, with real warranty terms.
