I purchased a TSUN TSOL-MP3000 TITAN microinverter for a small installation with six 500 W solar panels.

The main issue is not that the product does not work. After several weeks of exchanges and remote intervention with TSUN, the microinverter is now operating correctly with all six panels.

However, my experience with TSUN's technical support and monitoring system has been very disappointing.

The issue was initially reported to the seller in early August 2026. After several follow-ups and an escalation directly to TSUN, a support case was eventually opened on 28 August 2026 (CASE202608280002).

The troubleshooting process raised several questions that, in my opinion, should have been much clearer before purchasing the product:

Firmware management: the end user cannot currently manage firmware updates on the MP3000 G3.
TSUN Smart: the information available to the end user is quite limited compared with what I would expect from a product offering panel-level monitoring.
Local access and diagnostics: the possibilities and limitations were not clearly documented before purchase.
G3-specific limitations: these were not sufficiently clear to me when I purchased the product.

The most frustrating issue currently concerns the monitoring.

The MP3000 has been producing normally since 12 September, and real-time power data is available in TSUN Smart. However, the daily, monthly, annual and total energy production statistics are still showing 0 kWh.

I am also observing at least 1 to 3 drops to exactly 0 W per day, followed by a recovery of production. I have asked TSUN to check the inverter logs to determine whether these events correspond to a grid protection event, an inverter restart, or a communication/data reporting interruption.

At the time of writing this review, several of these questions remain unanswered, despite my latest email to TSUN on 17 September.

I acknowledge that TSUN eventually managed to get the microinverter working, and I appreciate the technical intervention that made this possible. However, the overall support experience, documentation and monitoring functionality have not met my expectations.

TSUN continues to market the MP3000/TITAN product, while its own documentation presents monitoring and production-data capabilities as part of its microinverter ecosystem.

If I had to make the purchase decision again today, I would choose another manufacturer, mainly because of my experience with the technical support and the lack of clarity regarding the monitoring capabilities and limitations.

I will of course update this review if the situation evolves positively and TSUN addresses the outstanding questions and issues.

Bought 3 Tsun Talesol m600 microinverters 6 years ago. 1 arrived dead and was replaced under warranty. 2 failed after 5.5 years and the 3rd at 6 years. I've been chasing up the warranty for 6 months but no joy. They're meant to have a 12 year warranty but Tsun appear to issue 'this warranty is not a warranty' warranties. Can not recommend. Annoyed I've wasted the summer with no solar.

In INDIA I bought Tsun TSOL-MS3000 Tsun Microinverter, it had 2 issues.
- 2 panels were not working
- wifi was not connecting
I talked to technical support for 3 days, they didn't solved problems instead they become more and more angry when I ask when will it be fixed.

Furthermore me Shukla from technical team made changes on inverter settings. Previously 2 panels were not working but now all 6 panels were not generating electricity.

Finally I said send a technical and replace inverter. Technical support MR Shukla said we don't have technicans just replace it from seller.

TSUN INDIA whatsapp message came just after that and asked where you bought this inverter from. I replied AMAZON India. He said AMAZON INDIA is not our authorised seller so we won't provide you any technical support or warranty. I shared taxed invoice of inverter. He said we will not help you.

Another day I refunded TSUN microinverter on AMAZON INDIA.

I wanted to give 0 stars review.

I have a non functional microinverter and habe requestet 3 times TSUN for a change. My dealer is not present anymore, but TSUN doesn`t answer, TSUN doesn`t change the inverter.
As a customer I am standing alone without email-answer, without a possibility to RMA this unfunctional device:
TSUN: never again!!!!!!

I bought a TSUN microinverter on May 12th — it never worked. I tested the same solar panels with an RC microinverter (MC MI2S-800D) and it worked perfectly, clearly proving the TSUN unit is faulty.

Still, TSUN refuses to replace it. Their after-sales team, namely the Head of After Sales Support, keeps asking for photos, videos, and technical measurements — things an average customer without electricity knowledge and equipment can provide. It was supposed to be a "Plug and Play" solution but at the end of the day, it is being more of a Plug and Pain with no solution yet. They're just stalling and avoiding responsibility.

Terrible experience. Avoid this brand.

UPDATE (June 12th):
Tsun (the same After Sales Support team that replied to this review, namely the head of this team) has finally approved the replacement of the product after 1 month. I had to send the product to Spain so that they could reach the conclusion that the product wasn't functioning at all. The new product seems to be working fine.
No apologies received so far.
