I ordered for Germany and seems like…
I ordered for Germany and seems like the package is ready for pick up somewhere or at least that's what the tracking is saying. The funny part is they don't tell you where to pick up and also don't reply when asking.

We’re sorry to hear that you were frustrated with the delivery.
According to the tracking information, your parcel was delivered to a local collection point in Germany after an attempted delivery. Unfortunately, Japan Post does not provide us with the exact address of the local collection point once the parcel has been handed over to the German postal service.
We understand that this is inconvenient, but the local postal service is responsible for notifying the recipient about the collection location and providing the pickup details.
We also apologize if your message was not answered promptly. We are always happy to help with tracking and delivery questions and will do our best to assist whenever information is available to us.
Best regards,
Natalia

Good product, but watch out for hidden shipping fees
I ordered this product and paid shipping costs to Germany at checkout. When the package arrived, I was charged an extra €42 in shipping fees — almost as much as the product itself. Nothing on the website warned about additional costs upon delivery, so this came as a complete surprise. I have the receipt to prove it.
I sent a complaint email asking for an explanation and a refund, but never got a reply.
The product itself is great and I'd happily buy it again, but repeat orders quickly add up if there's a surprise €42 charge each time. Just be aware of this before ordering, and I'd encourage the company to be clearer about real shipping costs.

Thank you for your feedback, and please accept our sincere apologies for not replying to your previous email. We unfortunately missed your message, and we are very sorry that you did not receive a response.
We would also like to clarify that the additional €42 was not a shipping fee. It was the VAT (tax) and customs charges collected in Germany upon delivery. These charges are imposed by the destination country and are not paid to us.
We do clearly inform our customers before payment that customs duties and VAT may be charged by the destination country and are payable by the recipient. This information is included in our delivery and payment terms, and a warning is also displayed before the order is completed.
We understand, however, that receiving an unexpected charge upon delivery can be frustrating, and we are sorry for any misunderstanding.
We are glad to hear that you are happy with the product, and we truly appreciate your understanding.
Qualität in allem

Ordered 24/06 - Received 6/07
Quite fast, a bit less than 2 weeks.
Product as described and well packed. Was (and still am) a big fan of it when I was living in Japan and it was a bit difficult to find it in Europe.
So will definitely order again if needed.

I have been shopping with Tsujimoto market for several years now, and they never fail to deliver an outstanding experience. As someone who appreciates authentic Japanese goods, I am always satisfied with the consistent quality of products and the care taken in packaging.
Despite shipping internationally, my orders arrive securely and remarkably quickly. It is rare to find such reliable service and, honestly, I wouldn’t shop anywhere else for my Japanese products.
Highly, highly recommended
