Disappointing Customer Service After Installation

While I was initially pleased with the installation, my experience with TSR Concrete Coatings’ customer service afterward has been extremely disappointing.

There is an area that needs to be repaired, so I contacted TSR and scheduled a service appointment for Thursday. I rearranged my schedule and stayed home waiting for them. They never showed up. No phone call, no notification, no explanation. Nothing.

I called the number that scheduled the appointment, and the representative I spoke with was less than pleasant. She told me she would call me back, but that call never came either.

I understand that scheduling issues happen. What I don’t understand is the complete lack of communication and respect for a customer’s time. If you cannot make an appointment, a simple phone call is the bare minimum.

It’s disappointing that a company can be so attentive when earning your business but seemingly much less interested when it’s time to stand behind its work.

A company’s reputation isn’t just built on the quality of its installation. It’s built on how it treats customers when something needs to be corrected.

Unfortunately, TSR has fallen well short of my expectations. I am still waiting for the issue to be resolved.

Sure, your warranty won’t cover your product. You sent a salesman out to lie to get $5000 from me. I would NOT have spent that much money without the lies that your salesman told me. And now you think I’m stupid enough to send you $250 just to look at the sorry product you lied to sell me. You’re a pitiful, lying, SCAM company.
