This company is awful!!
First time ordering back in December for a preorder gift for a friends birthday in February. The item was supposed to arrive early February, I had to email them to find out it’s been delayed till early March!!
I had to get my friend another gift but waited anyway…early March comes no sign of it so I email again,
They tell me it’ll be a little while longer,..now end of March 25th I email again to have them say the item is out of stock…
How is it out of stock if i preordered????
Barely any kind of apology or anything to rectify the situation, tried to get me to accept a store credit or get other items.
As the item I preordered was the only thing I wanted from them as the gift as my friend only wanted that and I definitely didn’t want them to keep my money I got a refund.
I will never order from this place again. A preorder means a guaranteed item but not with this incompetent company.
Do not order from them you will have nothing but trouble and wasted time.

TLDR; do not ever shop here. My order is still not here after over 2 months, and they did not cancel and refund when I asked them to

I ordered a shirt from a creator i love on the 15th of July 2023. Almost a month goes by and I hear nothing. At the start I figure it must be because of summer times/vacations and what-not, but to not hear ANYTHING AT ALL, not even a "hi, sorry, we can't fulfill orders right now", for almost a month is not okay, even during the summer. The ETA was 2nd of August, btw. So on the 11th of August I wrote to them via the form that's on their website, asking where my shirt was, and saying that it's not okay that I haven't recieved ANY updates.

On the 14th of August, an employee (I'll call them K) from Spring gets back to me, saying that they have recieved too many orders, and are working to get them fulfilled. Again, without having notified me in any way about that BEFORE I reached out. K says that the new ETA is (at the latest) the 5th of September, and that if I'm still interested in the order, they can refund shipping. I really want to support the creator, so I agree to that. I got the shipping fees back a week later.

I then get an update on the 25th of August, telling me that the tees are out of stock and they're switching production facilities. K writes that if I want to cancel, just tell them and they'll tell Production to refund me. I answer the very same day that I want the refund, cause I'm so freaking tired of waiting.

28th of August, K responds, telling me that they've given the cancellation to production.

4th of September, one full work week later, K tells me that the order has been shipped, and that if I want the refund, I have to ship it back. The ETA is the 10th of september. I get so pissed I can't even answer them, cause I don't want to be rude, even though I probably is very justified.

But today, the 21st of September (11 days after ETA), I check the status of the order/the tracking number. IT HASN'T EVEN LEFT THE US (I live in Sweden). I am beyond pissed, and I just emailed to let K know. Let's see how many weeks this takes to answer. Anyway, I seriously doubt I'm ever gonna see that shirt OR get my money back again. I will update here if anything happens, but as of now, do NOT shop here. Ever!

A company that says God is hate speech???

This Company just got rid of the only merchandise that I was interested in and was going to spend a lot of money on. It is now obvious that they hate God but they sure do not mind being minions and peddling for the groomers , the pedophiles , the uninformed and the outright brain dead .. These agendas are rapidly being stomped out in the real world. Do not expect one cent from me when you have to turn the tide. You, Bud Light, Disney and all the rest of the pond scum can soon have a pity party that I will delight in .

I ordered a poster about a month ago and the estimated delivery time has come and gone. It still says "in production" when I checked the status. I'm not sure if this website is legitimate. I'll update if I get my product or not.

I tried this platform to sell my merch and I asked for my payout in their policy they tell that the payout for first time may take 7 days, it's ok and when I asked for the payout I received an email saying that it will be done on 10 days, I said no problem 10 days I'll wait, and it's been more than 10 days an nothing yet I asked the support I sent email also nothing yet and guess what I get from the support when asking why and when.
"Unfortunately, we cannot provide any insight into our security payout policies.

We apologize for the inconvenience and we are working to get it resolved as soon as possible.
