My advice: don’t buy TSO products — they are extremely incompetent and rude, they even insult you, and all their products are complete garbage.

Horrible shopping experience. Very good customer service support. Problem solved.

First time ever writing a review because of how horrible both the service and customer support experience are.

Purchased the learning subscription and received confirmation, but was unable to login into my account. Tried the forgotten password tool several times, but no reset link was sent.

Called the customer service, and he was so rude insisting I must have done something wrong before ending the call. Had to call about 3 times before the issue was sorted.

If you have alternatives, please avoid this company. Never patronising them again!

It’s a serious Warning. Avoid these people
They credited my bank account without me completing any order with them.

I was in the process of placing it but I cancelled everything because I was a bit suspicious as I had this experience before

However, next day I looked on my Bank app and the charges were there from a different website name

I contacted DVSA they told me that they do not have any link with them and they are not part of their company. . They said they just sell their product online

I contacted my bank and they put me through to the FRAUD department as I don’t recognise the transaction and it was not completed - So how they managed to put the charges through??

Over the phone and they lied by saying that they are part of DVSA and they never put the order through and called me a liar by saying I haven’t spoke with DVSA and my Bank
So if you didn’t take the money why it’s showing on my Bank app?
I’m happy to put the pictures here but I don’t think I’m allowed to.
Please do not accusing of lying as I’m not one.

Life in the UK - Official Study Guide, 3rd Edition
This book clearly is an inadequate study guide.
It might be the official guide, but unlike the DVLA Theory test book the included questions are very different to the real test questions - You can get 100% in these practice tests but still fail the actual test, Very Bad

Ordered books in December, received after 20 days, as it wasn't needed anymore I've send them back, it's 2nd February and still waiting for my refund. Lady called to ask my bank details as they couldn't refund me .. confirmed the details and I was scammed after for £47.99..avoid this company

Excellent service delivered on time and the person i rang was working from home as I needed to clarify something before ordering I experienced very good customer service... highly impressed.

AVOID!! Their delivery services is outrageous. I waited for my books almost 3 weeks, ( I live in London.) They tried to deliver to wrong address, twice.The delivery letter was left there, but I wasn’t aware of that, as it wasn’t my home. They had all my contact details, my phone, email, but they didn’t inform me, that my parcel returned to their store. After two weeks of waiting I contacted them to find out, that my books returned to their depot. They sent it again, and outrageously, the parcel again, ended in their depot. Apparently, they tried to call me ( from no ID number) to confirm the address, but I was at work and couldn’t pick up the phone. After my intervention and complain, they sent it again, but this time deliver by dpd courier, and thankfully everything went smoothly. This time, I got pre-delivery message, and confirmation email. Overall, very bad experience with this store. I will never buy from them again.

I purchased one their e-Learning solutions through Williams Lee. After two weeks, I can't still access their platform due to "a back-end bug". Don't risk your money with them

I bought the complete collection of LITUK in pdf format. Big mistake, really.
It works only with Adobe Digital Edition application, it was not straight forward to set it up and get the guide downloaded. The app needed doesn't have too many options available, the zoom tool that you will need (font size is so small and I don't require glasses at all) is rubbish, is a real pain to read and go through the book. I deeply regret I bought this, and no refund is said to be available as is a downloadable content. Complete waste of money. Should have gone for the paper one or buy the books in pdf from another source. Useless.
