I honestly had a great experience with T-Shirt Elephant! I am starting up some Twitch streaming and wanted a hat that would compliment my jersey. I ordered this custom hat with a very complex logo and a month out until Christmas, and it showed up quickly, on-time, and with doing a very good job of my logo print - which I was very worried about when spending a decent amount of money for the quality hat and shipping. But man, not only does it look great, but if fits and feels amazing too! If you are looking for a quick and easy custom hat print option - and with a complex logo, these guys are a good bet.

Ordered shirts for Christmas present this December, came on time and looked amazing. Easy to order, price was good, Canadian business and free shipping with nice as well. All in all good experience and easy to work with.

Terrible customer service! I sent an email as soon as I placed my order to double check to ensure the image I submitted was high enough resolution to print a high quality image, but their customer service team never responded. I followed up a week later and was advised that they could print the image using DTF printing, which was not what I wanted. In their email, the "customer service" team asked me if I wanted to proceed with the DTF printing. I sent a reply letting them know we did not want DTF printing and asked for the order to be cancelled. The company then advised that they could not cancel the order as it was too far along in the process...I have asked for an explanation as to why they asked if I wanted to proceed with the DTF printing if they were just going to go ahead anyway - have not received a response. For reference, we had ordered several items with an embroidered logo - we did NOT order DTF printing.

According to tracking my parcel with t-shirt elephant has been sat in the same location for a week now. They have had my order for three weeks.

Totally unacceptable.

I was a little nervous after reading some reviews, but I am so happy that I went with this company for our team shirts.
We ordered them on November 5 and received them on November 27 (we did not select rush shipping). The order included 22 items (Crew sweaters and t shirts). The materials are so great! The print quality is fantastic! I was in touch with one of the reps for much of the order process and he was very responsive. This was a great experience for our team and we are very happy with what we received!

Late delivery and the new t-shirt had marks from a pen on it.
