Looking forward to seeing if the product lives up too the hype

This my first time trying this product I been counting calories, exercise,walk drink plenty of water and still no results. It has got me to the point that am very desperate to try anything and I hope I made the right decision.

It's been over 2 weeks and I haven't received anything. Customer service is not helpful and have only been able to communicate by email. DO NOT BUY! THIS IS REAL AND I HAVE SCREEN SHOTS TO PROVE IT!

Very cool experience

This site is a joke I tried to cancel and it refused to let me cancel sent several emails telling them I did not want this and I never used it straight scam. Telling me free to try the first 30 days but try to lock you into some fake membership to get your money please stay far the fk away.

This company is terrible-- I told them I don't want this product anymore not even to try for 30 days & they still sent me a bottle- my bank sent me my 9.99 back & blocked them from my account-- I promptly sent bottle back to sender unused & unopened. They keep telling me I have to cancel myself-- first of all I haven't even joined -- the 30 days risk free is a joke- when you go into your account with email-- they will not allow you to cancel without purchasing another bottle. I tried skipping December too it wouldn't let me. I'm going to report them to the Better Business Bureau soon. Awful company-- don't order-- STAY AWAY!!!

Honestly didn't expect much but my face is noticeably less puffy in the mornings. I'm on week three and my husband even commented that I look like I lost weight. It's just less swelling. Love this stuff.

Absolutely Disgraceful Customer Service! Avoid This Company!.
My experience with Rosanova has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. If I could give zero stars, I would.
I have repeatedly requested that my membership be cancelled, that no further payments be taken, and that I receive a full refund. Instead of helping, this company continues to send generic, scripted apologies and directs me back to a cancellation portal that I have already explained is not working.

Their excuse is that they cannot cancel my membership on my behalf due to "security reasons." Yet they seem perfectly happy to take your money while making it incredibly difficult to stop future payments.
To make matters worse, they expect me to waste even more time taking screenshots and troubleshooting their faulty cancellation process. Why should customers have to jump through hoops just to cancel something they no longer want?
I have already contacted my bank because I have completely lost confidence in this company's customer service and its ability to resolve my complaint.
The lack of accountability, poor customer service, and unnecessary obstacles to cancelling a membership are completely unacceptable.
My advice? Think very carefully before giving this company your payment details. Based on my experience, getting assistance when you want to cancel is far more difficult than it should be.
I am still seeking confirmation of my cancellation and a full refund.

Horrible! Be aware! They advertise “risk free - 30 day money back guarantee “ after trying it and not liking it/ developing a rash, wanted to send it back. After about 8 emails……. never answered my questions and are ignoring my request, not providing return info. Plus they hook you with a subscription, so I got a second order that I was not aware of and the bottles are much smaller 🙊
Very disappointing! Especially their costumer service! Think twice before ordering!!!!!!

Just in my 2nd week and I do feel I have more energy.
Maybe seeing a little difference in my apperance but too early to tell. continuing to use and monitor. Here's Hoping :)

If you are saying I will see my progress after second bottle or second month your money back warranty should be 60 days no 30 days

It is fake and scam website. Do not buy from them. Big fraud

I still have not received my replacement bottle that was broken in shipment.
I do not see any improvement in stature, health, or overall well-being.
