A complete scam. I was sent a cheap costume ring rather than the device I ordered - no response to emails to sort out. I wish I have read these reviews before purchasing.

Like many many others reviewing this it looks like many have experienced the same problem. 1- Product not received 2- Far less superior product received not the Nivora Broc product ordered. You get a different far less expensive product than advertised on their website. 3- No response to any emails when you complain. In my case all of these apply. It’s obviously a scam and very easy to prove. I would avoid this company at all costs. Even on their website they’re saying they have a rating if 4.5 from 2800 reviews when just looking at this site rating them at 2.5 speaks volumes

I have reached out several times seeking instructions on how to return the incorrect item, but I have not yet received a response.

I would also like to receive the correct item as soon as possible, or a full refund if the correct product is no longer available.

Dreadful company. Ordered product (BROC) then changed my mind. I cancelled the order a few hours later but received an email three days later saying the product was already posted and it was too late to cancel.

I then disabled the repeat subsription in my Trynivora account (there was no mention of repeat subscription at the point of order) and also sent an email requesting the repeat subscription be cancelled, only to get a reply informing me that I couldn't cancel the repeat until I have received a second order. This, according to the company, was to allow me time to properly evaluate the product, which is ridiculous, as I had ordered five month's supply first time.

I can't stress enough, avoid this company like it was a plague.

Absolute horrible company to deal with! Order was placed, after 3 weeks I enquired where it was and why it hadn’t been delivered!
They told me it was delivered 2 days earlier but I hadn’t received anything!
Refused to chase up anything, told me it was delivered and that was it. If I wanted more information to chase up with my local USPS office. I’m in Australia and we don’t have that. Still haven’t received anything and they won’t help. Useless to deal with!

I ordered the mood sticks bundle which contained a free second pack of 30 mood sticks (so 60 sachets in total) and apparently a metal straw and mystery gift. What arrived was one pack of 30x sachets in a zip locked bag, not correct packaging - plus a random looking straw and cheap, plastic drink bottle that looked like it was for bubble blowing liquid from the dollar store. Order was $72.00 so not cheap. I contacted them and asked if they could help with fulfilling the order and for the past 2 weeks have received the same BS, cut n’ pasted email response that says ‘we’re waiting to hear from our courier regarding your issue, thank you for your patience’. After doing some research I’ve found about 6 variations on this product, all with similar packaging, star graphic and colourways. I think most of them are cheater brands and likely dodgy, including this one. Joy spring perhaps is legit as they are available on herb but TryNivora, Boostiva etc… buyer beware.. especially since you’re buying this for children, who knows what’s in it.

Nivora. This company is a scam. They have copied almost identically the website of Joyspring vitamins who are based in the USA. However, Nivora dropships their supplements from China. They have a 30 day refund policy, which they are not honoring, and refuse to cancel the subscription.
