Order and delivery was fast !!

No major differences

I haven't seen any extreme or visual strength improvements but it's only been about a week. They seem to be a little healthier but overall happy with this product.

The customer service was great

The customer service was great. The nailz serum is brilliant my nails have nearly grown out already. The only thing i didnt like was the time it took to receive my order

There is NOT an attainable customer satisfaction guarantee

I bought 3 pens and tried it for 60+ days. This product DOES NOT work. At all. And when I asked Customer Service about how to process their ‘money back guarantee’, their response was that I had to provide them with “Video Documentation: A time-stamped video record must be provided to demonstrate consistent use of the product. This video record should clearly show:
• The product in use.
• The date and time of each session.”
Are they serious? Who would have started using the product and recorded videos every time they did?

This is an unattainable money back guarantee process. I would NOT recommend Nailz at all.

Excellent product

Excellent product, it sorted my nails out and they were in a terrible state. Peeling at the nail edges, had to file across to stop them splitting half way across the finger/thmb, very painful. Applied NAILZ twice a day sometimes three times as nails were so bad. It sort of "healed" them. It's taken time and about 1.5 pens but the peeling has now grown out and am waiting for my nails to grow longer. Still applying the serum to strengthen them. I was sceptical at first but no doubts now, its the best nail serum I have found, and will continue to purchase.
