I really wish I had checked Trustpilot before buying :(
Purchased in good faith and I too have received unbranded products and when I check their website - I now see their videos on their website actually show another companies product. I am concerned about the quality of the product and actually what it is. I am going to be throwing the lot away as I read there is no point in trying to get in touch with the company.
Very suspect organisation ….

Very poor experience with Trylouma, No response after purchase.

I ordered Odorless Aged Garlic Extract from Trylouma and received the product. After delivery, I contacted the company with several reasonable questions about the product and its safety, as well as requesting return instructions and a refund.

I sent multiple emails and even followed up with a formal notice. Despite giving the company ample time to respond, I have received no reply whatsoever.

For a company selling health-related supplements, the complete lack of customer support and refusal to engage with legitimate customer inquiries is extremely concerning.

Because I received no response, I have now initiated a dispute with my payment provider. I will also be submitting a sample of the product to the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration (Fødevarestyrelsen) for independent analysis.

Based on my experience, the level of transparency and customer service from this company is unacceptable. Consumers should be very cautious when purchasing supplements from suppliers that do not respond to basic customer inquiries after a sale.

I will update this review if the company decides to respond and resolve the matter.

False advertising. they send me a cheap no-name brand instead of the louma aged garlic advertised. Then I was asked to return it to China even though they advertise as being in the US.

Absolute scam, don't be fooled and don't order their so-called product.You never get an answer to your questions via the email registered on their website.Don't put your health at risk, you are getting some capsules with completely unknown contents.

The way it is packaged is not good, I am suprised the Aged Garlic bags were whole. Send from china.
I got half of my order yesterday, pretty much in time. I did send them an email last week and got a reply it was in transit.
I did not get the 2 extra packages I paid for.
I did send an email, I very quickly got friendly and good replies and I get my money back for the missing bags.
UPDATE: I did receive 33% of my money back.

Ordered the Aged Garlic from this company 26 Jan 2026 (order received 16 Feb 2026), even after I reviewed what I thought was Trustpilot; clearly they have found a fake one of those as well. This company is a Grade 1 scam; please people do not purchase from them or from Mircoingredients who appear to be the same company. Product arrived in non logo packaging; doseage differed from advertised. I contacted them and they said I could return via their 30 day return policy. Disgraceful that this company is allowed to continue scamming people.
Would of given 0 stars if possible. Perhaps Trustpilot should allow a 0 star for the worst of the worst.

Got mine 7 days ago minus the extra Black Gold Secret. The packaging isn't what it appears in the advert. The name Louma doesn't appear. It also states it from China which wasn't how it was advertised. I emailed them a week ago and no reply yet, so there's another thing that doesn't happen, the quick response don't happen. Sorry to say it looks like another scam. I even asked Grok best place to buy aged garlic before buying and sadly it advised Louma. Asked it again and it aware of people not been happy. Just another new product people are willing to try but get stung .

I think this is a scam. Bought aged garlic capsules and they have not arrived. No contact number for them, just email address. Buyers please be aware! There are other complaints on facebook about this same situation, stupidly, I didn't check them out beforehand.

Order never arrived. When I emailed them the second time, they did cancel the subscription. However would not give me a refund. I have been waiting over a month. The tracking is a joke, just says in transit no location. I have no idea if the product works.
