I am writing to express my significant disappointment regarding the Healray device I purchased in May 2025. The device has malfunctioned and completely stopped working.

I have attempted to contact customer support regarding this issue but have not received any response. It is concerning that a product advertised with a one-year guarantee would cease to function so quickly and that customer support would not respond to inquiries. I find this lack of acknowledgment and response highly unethical.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this product.

Do you have a rating lower than one star???? Possibly the worst company I have ever encountered. I ordered the product. It was charged to my credit card. Never received. I keep trying to track the order with the order number provided and only get an AI-generated response of "Order Not Found". I email and get a response that someone will get back to me within 24 hours. That never happens. I finally did get a "response" this morning that stated they have my "house number" but not my address. Total lie. This is a SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM COMPANY. This has been going on for more than a month like this. I am reporting HealRay to the FTC, BBB, and any other government agencies, as well as seeking a refund directly from my credit card company.

ADDITIONAL INFO: On August 14th, in response to my emails to HealRay, and again providing my order number and address, and after posting this public review, I received an email from HealRay signed by "Stine", stating: "To save you the hassle of filling (sic) a complaint, we will go ahead and cancel your order. You should receive your refund shortly." Thus far, no refund has been issued. And I will still file a complaint with the appropriate agencies about this company.

Similar to other reviews. Paid and waited for my product to arrive. Cannot track as my order has not been found. Taken my money and failed to deliver. This is s scam. Do not give your money away. Terrible. To top it off, in their reply they blame me for an incomplete address. Blame customer, yes, it my fault for ordering. 😆 i

I placed an order on 6/25/25. Paid extra for shipping. Received a email that my order was to arrive in 48 hours on 7/4/25. Order never arrived and the tracking information states my order can not be found. Sent an email on 7/8/25 the company said someone would get back to me in 24 hours. No response , I sent another email on 7/10/25 that was then finally replied to on 7/11/25 asking for all my information again. This site is a SCAM. Do not waste your money. Now I’m fighting with the bank to get my money back.

I ordered a healray unit in May 2025, after a month. I received an email saying my package was due to be delivered.

The next day I received another email saying my package was"undeliverable" and is being returned.

The package tracking link they sent was for a Chinese company called Yun express, and looked dubious to say the least.

I sent multiple emails to healray support to try and find out what the issue was and had no reply.

After another week I requested a refund via PayPal.

The company responded by sending another link to the dodgy Chinese shipping page.

I had to wait another month and escalate my case with PayPal to get my money back.

Can't say wether or not the product works as I never received my package.

The comments sections on healray Facebook ads also look suspicious, posts that are months old with zero or only a handful of comments would lead me to imply they are actively "damage controlling" the comments drum up more victi ..... I mean customers.

Some people have actually received their packages which is great, however I paid and had to pretty much fight to get my money back and have had zero response from the company.

I believe they sell more units than they can provide and shaft whoever doesn't fight to get Thier hard earned cash back

I have found multiple other people on Facebook who have had the same or very similar scenarios to my own.

The webpage I used (via Facebook) was also "pushy" it kept re-directing to other pages pushing the gel and nano floss rather than letting me complete my order.

I would advise anyone looking to purchase a red light therapy for Thier gums to not hold Thier breath as giving this company money is a gamble.

I paid via PayPal, my complete address was attached to the order, like every other order I pay for through PayPal.

You are the only company I have dealt with through PayPal in over 25 years to have this problem

I ordered the Healray system #4100 on June 23 and have not received it. I have not had a response to any messages I have sent. I am requesting my money back!!

I never thought I’d write a review for a mouth gadget lol. My gums used to be so sensitive, every brush was a small war. HealRay ended that. It feels relaxed, my gums no longer look inflamed, and I feel like I’m actually supporting my mouth in a real way.

So, after having a disappointing dental visit I decided I wanted to try to do all I could do to take better care of my teeth and gums. After my deep cleaning, which was suggested because of constant gum bleeding and irritation, I began using the LED device once a day. I will say that the deep cleaning procedure did help with my bleeding gums, but I still had some swelling, inflammation at the gum line. At about the 2 week mark I know can visibiy see that my gums are looking better and significantly less red and swollen.
So while the dentist did help with the bleeding, I do believe this LED device has helped with the lingering inflammation and redness. I will continue to use and I will probably buy more of the gel.

Hello I need help, I order from this company or website They lost my order. something happened to the order. I don't know. I Recently.received my order and the order is not complete. It misses some of my item. Also the gum treatment. The plastic is broken so right now even I have The product.I cannot use it. I try to contact customer service.

I ordered this products, I added some gels and floss, they debited me immediately I was clicking on the products, I got a message that I will receive confirmation of purchase which never came, I contacted their customer service they told me they could not find my orders, I sent screenshot of the debit from my account and they insist I never made an order... this guys are scammers and don't fall for all this stories. I am very pissed now, I thought I have solution to my tooth problem. And for those of you that are paid to make positive reviews about them, do you still have the money????

The packaging was lovely and everything inside was so neatly arranged. The device feels solid and well made. It’s rare to get something that looks and feels like someone actually cared when they put it together. Made me smile before I even tried it.

I placed my order back in March. But I quick realized that my address was missing the street number. I reached out to them to let them know and waited for several days before getting a response. They promised to ship it again. I never got anything. I sent them multiple emails. After waiting for 2 months, I still did not get my order. I am very disappointed. They got the worst customer service ever.

The rinse I used before would burn and leave my mouth dry. This feels calming. I actually look forward to using it, which I didn’t expect.

HealRay's device is AMAZING! have been using it for months now and am hooked! I totally feel the warmth of the light soothing my gums and my whole mouth feels better. No bleeding and swollen gums anymore! Highly recommend this!

Order no. Healray 1685. I ordered their product, costing £80.00 on 22 April. They then emailed saying it was dispatched. They then emailed saying only part of the order was coming. I tracked the order. It had been mis-addreesed at source. (NB The product is shipped from China, not US). The product did not arrive at all and the UK shipper, Amazon shipping, said it had been returned. I contacted them. After multiple emails got a single line reply saying 'I suggest you contactr shipper.' I have emailed multiple times since then and they have not answered, although I have received many spam emails from them. I have asked for my money back and they have not answred.

My malware blocker tells me not to go to their company webisde.

AVOID this dispreputable company at all costs.

Update to review finally received the heal ray gel today 6-2-25 ordered on 4-21-25. In my opinion that is way to long of a wait time...for a product from the USA.

I had bad experience with this company!!! First of all I paid for priority shipping, but got my order after 3 weeks! Gel was out of stock, and they supposed to send me refund, which I never get! After 2 months I received this gel, but manufacturing date was 2026! When I scanned QR code, nothing was showed up!!!

My wife ordered healray gel on April 22nd. System told her that it would arrive by May 1st. System updates on order are not informative. No location information. No reply from Healray on status inquiry. Finally dowliaded an app to find they say it was delivered 2 hrs ago. IT WAS NOT. This is a SCAM 5/11/25.
