They said it was buy one get one free and changed it to just one and charged for shipping!!
It took a month and a half to arrive.
There is no product in the tube, it is dryed up.
This is a scam!!!!

I have emailed 4 times to return but have heard nothing.
I am now at the point that I will commenting online to tell everyone about problems of returning.

I like the product i have ordered the black and used it for my first time from my first order so i placed a new order thinking I ordered the brown this time but received the order to find it is also black. I went back to check my order summary and it too said black. My bad! Lol Maybe in the next future order I will get to try the brown as the black is already good and I really like how it does not affect my eyes like other brands have so I want to see if brown will suit me more, as I am told it is very popular for ladies my age. In the meantime I will love using the black more now.

Just tried the mascara and it clumps and pills on my lashes. False advertising! So, dissapointed, it's actually terrible for me. Sorry I wasted the money.

Blushe mascara is advertised for older women. It is easy to use, applies thinly and smoothly but is impossible to removed the same day. After several days using oily remover as recommended I feel it a fully removed.

Worst mascara ever. Don’t try it. You won’t be able to return it. No one will reply to you.

Tried this 30 days straight. No growth in lashes nor does it make my lashes longer. Totally disappointed.

First application and I was impressed. Most mascara ads say non clumping but then when you use it, it clumps feels heavy and flakes. Not with Blushe. It did not clump it did not flake and it did not feel heavy on my eye. Can’t wait to see the results after a month of use

This mascara is amazing. I have used both of the other brands (Thrive and Prime) for mature lashes and this one is the best- hands down. No clumping and it stays put all day. Easily removed with a face wash. I bought some as stocking stuffers for my adult college aged daughters.

This product is nothing like it is described. The mascara is thick and clumps in a way that I have never experienced with any other brand. It was difficult to remove with water alone. The company did not respond to concerns about delivery or how to receive a refund. Beware.

I’ve been using this mascara for the past 3 months and find it brilliant, I have sensitive eyes and some mascaras just make my eyes water etc but Blushe doesn’t and I’ve notice a difference in my lashes have just purchase more to restock. Thanks for a great mascara

BEWARE. Order not received
I’ve placed an order 12 days ago, received cf and tracking info. There’s no way to track the package because the page does not open. Have called and left voicemail, no response, and two email requests, no response. Have not received the paid order as today.
Not sure if this is common an occurrence? Customer service nonexistent. Good luck

Ordered the lash casting mascara bogo order. First time I used it, it was extremely difficult to remove. As I removed it, my lashes came off in clumps. I wrote to the company and asked for my money back. On their website it clearly states “60 day money back guarantee if your lashes don’t visibly grow.” They sent me an email basically victim blaming, and saying I should’ve checked the ingredients for allergens and done a patch test before use (which I did) and offered me a 15% discount. I wrote back and ask them for my money back as per the 60 day guarantee. And they never responded. What a waste of money.

When I removed the mascara so many little pieces came off my eyelashes. . It almost looked as if I was losing an eyelash or two. !! I tried it again the next night. . Same result. I threw it away.

This mascara is wonderful! My only comment to improve would be that the tip was pointed for more precise application in certain areas!

Not impressed. Shipping took FOREVER (from China). I decided to try it on their BOGO offer. I had to really work the wand to get coverage on my lashes. The mascara dries really quickly, to the point that the wand was snagging on my lashes. I couldn't tell any difference in the length, volume or curl. The formula just feels icky. It dries hard to your lashes and I had flakes within 2 hours...indoors. It does NOT come off easily! I ended up having to use an oil-based makeup remover, and had to make several passes with SOAKED cotton pads. Not worth the money, shipping time, price... PLEASE save your money.

Do NOT purchase from this company Blushe, terrible customer service! And the mascara itself comes in a cheap plastic container, it is extremely difficult to remove the mascara with water. I purchased the casting serum tubing mascara on their buy one get one free promotion. I ordered one black and one brown to try both. When my package arrived (it took over 3 weeks to arrive) there was only one black mascara in the shipping bag. I immediately sent an email to customer service. After two days they finally replied back to say if I sent a photo of the bag, they could refund for the missing mascara. Of the course the bag was long gone in the trash by that time. Do yourself a favor, save your money and support a reputable company, definitely not this one!!!!

I’ve been using Blushe mascara for a week or so and already see an improvement in my very thin and sparse lashes. Product stays on well with out flaking.
