100% dishonest. After waiting for weeks with no updates, I finally contacted the company to cancel my order. We exchanged emails for several days, during which they repeatedly asked me to keep waiting, yet they were still unable to provide an estimated delivery date. They eventually processed my refund, but then charged my credit card again without my knowledge or authorization. Be extremely cautious when doing business with this company. Based on my experience, their business practices are completely unacceptable.

Dee, I am sorry. Waiting weeks without a delivery date is bad enough on its own, and a charge landing after you had already cancelled should not have happened.
If this still is not fully sorted, please reply to the email thread you already have with our support team, or write to support@tryacrom.com and mention this review. We will pull up your account, make sure nothing further is billed, and go through every charge so this is properly closed out.

Don't order unless you're willing to wait months
Full Disclosure: I haven't received this product yet, 4 weeks and counting.
This must be the Shea butter from the Lord because I could have walked to Ghana and gotten some in less time.

Same bad experience
Same experience as the other actual reviewer. Tiny actual product and automatic monthly subscription that is impossible to stop. They have scammed us for 4 months so far - $159.91. This is known as a "subscription trap" company.

Joseph, I am sorry. Being charged month after month for something you did not want is a real failure on our side, and I am not going to argue with you about it.
Please email support@tryacrom.com with the subject line Cancel Subscription, using the address on your order. It reaches us directly. We will stop the billing, confirm it in writing, and review the full charge history on your account so we can put it right.
If you would rather not chase it, just reply here to say so and I will find your order and take it from there.

Recurring Charges not authorized
The shea butter product is just OK, not completely as advertised in how soft it is and how easily it melts into your skin. However, for 34.99 you get about a 2 oz. (if even) tub of product, which is a bit of a bait & switch tactic. Since in the ad, they keep showing a much larger container.
The worst part is, you will be signed up immediately for automatic shipments without your knowledge. It takes forever to find the “how to cancel” info on their website. And when you follow their instructions to Sign In, click on the “Manage Subscriptions” tab, you’ll find there is NO such tab. It doesn’t exist. I guess I’ll have to email them, and have my credit card company block all further transactions. That really ticks me off.
I never signed up for recurring charges or products.

If it is easier, reply here with your order number and I will pick it up from our end instead.
Your note about the jar size has gone to the team as well.
