The chest mask was nice. Cooling to the touch. I’ve used it twice and think it can be effective, but I had trouble with it staying in place. The face masks are BRILLIANT, but I’ve had difficulty with the chest (and neck) masks; unless I lay completely still.

I didn't get the results like shown on TV/ videos. It didn't tighten my skin, not even a little. It didn't make my skin glow/shine/ dewey looking. For the price it was pretty disappointing. I wish I had better things to say because I was double crossing my fingers i would love this product.. The packaging could be stronger so that when you get it in the mail the box isn't squished.

This mask was easy to apply. It did rip in one spot but i still got full coverage. The mask felt comfortable. I could see plumper skin after using

I had high hopes for this face mask, but unfortunately, it did not live up to my expectations. From the very first use, I noticed several issues that made it a disappointing purchase.
First, the quality of the mask itself felt subpar. The texture was too thin, making it uncomfortable to wear. It also didn’t adhere well to my skin, which made the application process frustrating.
Second, the results were underwhelming. Instead of leaving my skin feeling refreshed and hydrated, it made no noticeable difference at all. Given the claims on the packaging, I expected at least some improvement in my skin’s texture or hydration, but I saw none.

Lastly, the scent was unpleasant, which made the experience even less enjoyable. Considering the price, I expected much better quality and effectiveness.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this product and won’t be repurchasing it. There are far better options available for the same or even a lower price.

I ordered and paid for Pink PDRN Pink Face Masks on the Youth website, but instead, I received masks from a different brand – Hoygi Moisturizing Collagen Gel Mask. They dont even sell on Youth website…This was very disappointing, and I have completely lost trust in this online store.

Despite my frustration, I decided to try the mask, but it was completely useless. It feels very plastic-like, doesn’t stay on the face properly, and provides no hydration – a total waste of money. Based on this experience, I do not recommend this website, as it seems to be a scam.

Stay Away!!! They are selling "like" Salmon DNA PDRN pink collagen, just it's not branded. It's just a fake copy made in China. I am afraid to use it on my face. What a fool I was to trust their beautiful Instagram advertise!

Would like a return on this product! Tried on my face and all it does is bunch up and leave my skin all wrinkled in the morning!

I love them Be careful when taking them off the the plastic and shake to get the crinkles out Also put them onto face at least 15 minutes before before bed so the warmth from your face will help them adhere better In the morning my face is so smooth and plump. I love 💕 these masks and will be repurchasing again!

I had not received my initial order, and the customer service team was quick and supportive to send out a new order and make sure I received my masks :) Easy communication, humane responses, and empathetic towards my situation.

They arrived when they were supposed too & are very easy to use as well as staying in place! They are refreshing too

Talk about taking 5-10 years off - just incredible!

I purchased the collegen face masks about a month or so ago. I had a little bit of an issue getting the first two masks to stay on and learned to lean back just a little. They are very slippery and that's why I had issues at first. After that, I got better at putting it on. I can sleep in it, even when I'm on my side. It doesn't take all night for it to soak in. I can usually remove it when I get up in the middle of the night to go to the restroom. I really like it and will purchase more when the time comes.

The order never arrived. I requested a refund and was told that the order was shipped. The item is no longer on the website. Super shady.

I wish there was zero stars. I never received my product and am very disappointed. I was looking forward to using this, but guess I’ll never know. Hopefully I get my money back.

When I took the mask out of the package it fell apart. I threw it away. Bummer

Have not received my order yet. It’s been 3 weeks. Nobody will respond to my email either.

This collagen boosting mask is literally top notch! My skin is dewey-smooth- glass like in the a.m. buy it. Just buy it
