Tru Virtu Arvostelua

BOUGHT INN NORWEGIAN FLIGHT.
THESE CARD HOLDER IS RUBBISH. CARDS DON'T FIT AND STRUGGLE TO BE PUSHED BACK IN THE CARD HOLDER.

DO NOT BY THIS CARD HOLDER

THESE CARD HOLDER IS RUBBISH. I HAVE HAD TWO AND EACH TIME AFTER FEW MONTHS CARDS DON'T FIT AND STRUGGLE TO BE PUSHED BACK IN THE CARD HOLDER.

As another reviewer did, I bought one on an Emirates flight. Cards kept falling out. Slide mechanism now stuck. After all the comments on customer service, I’ll just bin and never purchase their products again. Won’t waste my precious time and put this down to experience

Purchase the TRU VIRTU click & slide wallet on an emirates flight to Dubai, the claim that it was awarded winning helped my decision and the price of over £60 seemed reasonable, how wrong was I when days after arriving in Dubai and using the wallet the cards kept falling out on their own.
I contacted the manufacturer on my return to identify the issue, they were most unhelpful and unpleasant to communicate with to the point of being rude, I eventually got a full refund from emirates and wouldn’t purchase any other product from Tru Virtu ‘high-tech’ wallets again as they don’t meet their description and my cards certainly weren’t safe whilst using their product.
Customer service was poor beyond words.

Expensive but not practically working wallet

I wouldn’t buy from@this company again. The product broke after 3 days and they promised to send out another one………. Nearly 8 weeks later nothing, no correspondence. I’ve contacted them on instagram and email and they haven’t even bothered to acknowledge. Disgusting customer service DON’T BUY FROM THEM

Purchased a tru virtu wallet and it did not last 2 months. All the cards started to fall out of the holder, very embarrassing and risky. One time whilst in London I pulled out my wallet and a card fell on the ground whilst walking. I was very lucky a person behind spotted it and handed me my card. Cannot recommend. I resorted to storing the cards inside the wallet but the leather stitching ripped quickly. Lasted about 6 months. Cannot use. Waste of money.

My husband bought a Tru Virtu clip in the plane. Beautiful and attractive design. Unfortunately, the wallet is not up to our expectation. Several times, the whole stack of his cards fell out. It was embarrasing. Eventually, he uses a rubber band to hold the wallet. The wallet also worn out easily. Not recommending.

I bought their purse Tru Virtu.
I was incredibly happy with it, can really recommend this purse.
Super size and perfect overview of my credit cards and more.
Unfortunately, I experienced a defect after about 5 to 6 months of use.
I contacted Dolphin and Tru Virtu.
Here I experienced a super fast and friendly customer service.
Better than I expected.
They get my best recommendations.
