I have been using Truth Treatment skincare for several years and love everything I’ve tried. I recently had a bottle break in shipping due to the cold weather and they happily replaced!

One of my products came damaged when received. The team worked quickly to replace my product and were incredibly responsive during the process. I really appreciated the quick support!

I am so disappointed in the condition that my order arrived in. I could tell right away that something had leaked and sure enough the 1% retinol jar has lost more than half of the product and is in the packaging and now my hands. The other two jars in the bundle have a seal under the lid of the jar that the retinol does not. How do y’all send this out unsealed? Not only is that unsanitary but it’s such a waste of product! I’m really annoyed by this and I feel like my money has been wasted!
