I was happy to receive my order and it was great but I had to wait longer than originally expected and was not informed until I enquired as to why it hadn’t been delivered.

Sorry to read your review this morning. I can see that your order was placed on 9th October and dispatched on 10th October, however we had some issues with our courier on this date. We sent an email to all customers who were affected by this explaining what had happened. If you didn't receive this, could you check your junk email folder and let us know if not received so we can update our records.

The service was awful
The service was awful.
My son’s school trousers were ordered with an expected date in August. Then got an email to say they would be delayed. The other date came and went with no contact until I emailed to find out was the problem and was then told there was further delay.
