Light in the box. Do not deal with this company. Their stuff is from China .ordered two tops xxxl . They would not even fit a 12 year old. And u only have 7 days to send returns back at a cost of £17 . They do not reply back to your complaints. Their stuff is rubbish . Avoid at all cost

Wickes- excellent experience from start to finish with my kitchen we purchased from wickes. Adil Akhta Design Consultant was amazing designed my kitchen the way I wanted it and even then blind corners that you can’t get into. We were kept up to date from start to finish. Would also like to praise Dan Who fitted the kitchen, I just love it. I would highly recommend them both credit to the business.

I received a good service from Nicole Sinclair when required to cancel my contract with Direct 365 Limited，who replied my email and did cancellation for me quickly.

So sure phone insurance bad waiting 4 months to fix my sons phone thy ask you to phone your network for info and then when you do you get blacklisted and then they tell you your phone is blacklisted and ask you why is this they ask you to phone them then after 3 months off trying emails phone calls they tell you to send phone then nothing so you phone and say they can't fix it and still taken £ from me every month cannot cancel it told me I made a clam so need to stay with them for end of contract nightmare Company

Over DL Group van Dhr Lemable ( cfr The sky is the limit.) Ik wil U alleen maar waarschuwen: deze man is sinds het begin van zijn bestaan een meester-oplichter. Hij volgt cyclussen van 3 à 5 jaar. Zijn bedrijf bestaat al 11 jaar en is zo al 2 x ( frauduleus?) failliet gegaan. Dankzij zijn ( malafide?) raadsman en financiele constructies met verschillende kleine BV ( BA )'s, neemt hij 11 maanden voor zijn faling een gigantisch dividend, laat zijn RC gigantisch groeien, koopt nog gigantisch veel materiaal, betaalt niemand meer en haalt nog zoveel mogelijk geld op van de klanten ( cfr de zwembadbouwer ) en dan gaan enkele van zijn BV's geprogrammeerd failliet. 1 dag later begint hij terug, onder een andere verwante naam ( met de gratie van zijn ( vriend ) curator met hetzelfde orderboek, gebouwen en materieel ( wat nl via openbare verkoop moet verkocht worden, maar waar hij de enige koper is voor een symbolisch bedrag ) 3 x cachen, klant, leveranciers en onderaannemers pineut, zoals ik. en Lemable 4 x rijk.

We have a Blomberg Freezer which has recently sent us a warning that the temperature is faulty in the freezer which is still under warranty. We have tried to contact Blomberg Customer service for over a week by calling them by phone, emailing several times, and sending messages via their database. We haven't received confirmation from their customer service the phone just rings out.

I had to wait over 45 minutes today to be served at the post office (w h smith) sutton no staff just one poor man all on his own to take all the moans from the customers since the post office has gone in to wh smith the service is rubbish never no staff there 😑

Alles was goed geregeld , vervoer van en naar het hotel , de mensen waren heel vriendelijk , gaven goede uitleg , mijn dokter Noora was echt heel vriendelijk en heeft uitstekend werk geleverd , ik ben heel tevreden over het resultaat . Mijn vertaler en begeleider Nerius was heel vriendelijk , gaf goede uitleg , en begeleide ons uitstekend . Heel tevreden !

Worst experience ever

Wonderful experience. Elaine the owner was so friendly and knowledgeable she instantly put me at ease. Toby is a Romain rescue and is a very nervous dog but Elaine and the hosts worked really hard with him and he loved his stay. We received photos all week which was very reassuring. I would definitely recommend this service to other dog owners.

I ordered flowers and Prosecco from M&S to be delivered by a certain day. The delivery never arrived and a had no notification that it was delayed. I contacted M&S. they said yodel had received it but something there end meant the flowers didn’t get delivered. Really poor that I had to chase the delivery. M&S did reorder them but they still arrive a day late. I was only given a £5 voucher as compensation. I would have expected a full refund. Terrible service, will not use again.

Our experience with Sopra Steria (Croydon,UK) was horrible. The lady who attended us had aggressive behaviour and was rude. My daughter felt so bad that she cried as well after leaving the premises.All this happened when we visited their office 35 Dingwall Road , Croydon.

Polestar no communication until you contact them then it’s the silent treatment again as they don’t want to give answers

I have booked a flight ticket with Travel2be on 9th March but did not receive any tickets yet. I have tried to connect with them over email and call but no response. I have called Emirates Airline and they confirmed that there is no booking made with Passenger name. Looks like its a scam or fraud to me.
