A joke of an app. YOTI works immediately, but I am guessing TrustID doesn't like that some people have gotten more wrinkles and aged in the 5 years since they got their passport and so fails the check.
Anyway, I am about to tap out and just abandon the work as this is too frustrating, the office of the place I am due to work is miles and miles away and I literally cannot afford train fare to faff about to show them my passport in person.
JOKE, avoid if humanly possible, it WILL lose you work

The platform is easy to use and the checks are user friendly and only take a couple of minute to complete. Responses are clear and well laid out.
The reporting options are excellent and give a great overview of usage and response rates.

The app does not work at all after trying for hours.

I needed some guidance on result checking, so I rang customer services and spoke with Kristine.

She was so pleasant and explained everything, answering any questions that I had. Up until then, there had been some confusion however, Kristine went through everything with me and could not have been more helpful.

I had to download this app for an ID check with DBS for a new job. After reading the reviews, I was pretty skeptical because many people said it didn’t work. However, I found that the key issue (at least on iPhone) is the browser. If you’re using an iPhone, you need to download Google Chrome and set it as your default browser before starting the check.
Initially, my default browser was Safari and the image upload failed every time. Once I switched my default browser to Google Chrome, the process worked perfectly and was completed within two minutes with no issues.
Key takeaway: iPhone users should use Google Chrome as the default browser for this to work smoothly.

Blessing from customer service was super helpful, we had a bulk upload which needed urgent issuing. Blessing kindly managed to this for us especially at such short notice during the festive period.
