Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair Arvostelua

Kyle Brown, Service Tech, came out to the house for service of our pump in our crawl space and evaluated underneath the house and gave a good overview/evaluation of what is going on down there. Wasn't pushy about products offered, such as encapsulation, but did give overview of costs of this (almost $9k!) which is a little rich for us, which was explained to him and he did not push the issue like some do. With that being said, it was a professional and understanding interaction, which is refreshing.

Joshua D. did my annual service/inspection this morning. Very professional and polite; explained everything thoroughly. I'm very pleased with my system, and all contact with employees, both by phone and in person, are A+

Did everything on time and professional and exceeded the results we were expecting. Michael Rogers, Stephan Rogers, and James c explained every step in detail made us feel comfortable about our decision, I would highly recommend these guys to anyone.

Alex Bravo, Devonta & Jordan did exactly what was asked to be performed. Requested to have a SmartJack installed to add support where the new granite, flooring and whirlpool tub was installed for reassurance. The new flooring was installed as well and requested no lifting, just reinforcing the bathroom area. They executed the install professionally! This review is just for the Job Foreman and his team!! Alex took ownership of the concerns and was ultra careful not to do any damage. He inspected the area before he started as to have a hands on as to what the ultimate goal was needed to be accomplished.
Thank you Job Foreman- Alex Bravo, I appreciated your interest in successfully completing the task and you explaining what your procedures were and confirming verbally the task at hand. Thanks Tony W.

Kyle Bowen did an excellent job with the annual servicing of my foundation crawl space and basement.Found him to be polite, very knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions that I had.Very professional individual.

We’ve worked with Frontier on three projects in the last year and every one has gone really well. We’ve worked with Troy, Zach and Kaleb, Riley and Christian. Each one was incredibly professional, kind and efficient. I have a great deal of confidence in their work, work ethic and communication skills! Looking forward to working with Frontier again. Kaleb completed a project yesterday and the repairs were well done and our home was left spotlessly clean. That kind of stuff really helps. Thanks guys!

Kyle B was great. Punctual, courteous, thorough, and efficient. Couldn’t ask for a better experience

The guys, Carlos, Marcos and Jake P., were so professional! They wanted to make sure about exactly what we needed, then explained what we didn't understand, before getting it done. Would recommend them to everyone, Thanks guys!

Great people and excellent service. They stayed in contact and informed every step of the process. Highly recommend them,

Amazing response and service. Kerry was friendly, professional, highly qualified and honest! Will use Frontier for any future needs and will refer to anyone else needing these services!

James Cothran was professional and explained everything well. No hard sales pressure

Sean S, Van P, and Owen C were very polite and professional with explaining and conducting the work. I felt the job was completed in a timely manner. Sean also explained how the setup was completed and showed me pictures so I would understand the process. I will definitely be willing to recommend them to others needing this type of work completed.

Jared, Jacob, and Bryson completed our Soda Blasting. They were timely, professional, and efficient. Jared kept me informed for the duration of the appointment so I knew exactly what to expect at all times. I Would highly recommend this company and these service techs to anyone looking for Foundation and Crawl Space Repairs.

Dylan C was amazing. Thank you for being so great to work with.

Aaron spent the morning checking out our crawlspace and performing some minor adjustments. He did an awesome job. Good communications - provide ETA for arrival; shared a lot of information on what services he was doing and provided a thorough review of the findings. I highly recommend Aaron and if I was hiring, he would be one that I would hire. Great asset!

Nick T, Zack S and Tyler B did a great job drying in our crawl space. they were very professional and answered all of my questions. Very thankful for the work they did.

We have had a system with this company for a year now and it has completely stopped our basement from the devastating flooding we endured everytime it rained. The men who installed were professional and knowledgeable. We just had Jared come to do our yearly check and he was so helpful and was able to answer all of our questions. We highly recommend this company to anyone needing the security of a dry finished or unfinished basement. They are the best!

Freddy Sing, service technician, delivered a routine check of the mechanism Frontier had previously installed to shore up the flooring in my house. He was conscientious about my time and gave me a detailed account of the status of my system. Very professional; a credit to the company.

Jared Mc made the regular inspection visit to check our sump pump and some other work that had been done on the back corner of the house. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and quickly answered the couple of questions I had. Friendly people like Jared makes Frontier a company with which I like to do business.

Freddy just dropped by to inspect our sump pump. The pump had been installed by the home’s previous owner, but we didn’t know who had installed it. It was a pleasant surprise when Freddy showed up one day to ask if he could check on Frontier’s work and ensure everything is in good working order. He was friendly, fast, and reassuring. Although we weren’t the ones who bought the system, we’re glad the previous owners chose Frontier.
