Had a bad experience buying from a Spanish company online. Long story short sent wrong goods, would not collect wrong goods and would not refund. Contacted Trusted Shops after fulfilling their request for more information, order details, confirmation emails, photos after more than a month they simply closed the case. A waste of time, do not trust them or the shops they endorse (charge a fee and collaborate with).

I ordered on line black watch Fortuna Azul and the watch was delivered 2 days later paid 59.99 on delivery
When I opened the package they delivered the wrong watch not the one I ordered
I telephoned them for 3 days never received an answer emailed them 4 days running they never replied
They guarrantee their service and refund policy but they can not be contacted after delivery
Never deal with this company

A very bad experience form a point of view of their contract. For a service that simple they provide a contract which is invoiced only once, against which they send a direct debit every month. That on itself from an accounting point of view is weird to say the least.

Secondly apparently their contracts have a notice period of THREE months. We were about 30 days too late and were presented a full years invoice again at 1188 Euro

The way this company tries to hold its clients for us is too much expecially given the fact that with all solutions out there, its far from cheap.

Though contact was always good, seperating ways feels as extremely client unfriendly

Donatello's did not deliver the watch I ordered and paid for. I have contacted them by email several times and received no reply. The item I ordered was intended as a Christmas gift which makes this transaction more disappointing.

No recibes el producto y tampoco te devuelven el dinero.

las reseñas son falsas son pagadas, te obligan a avisar con 3 meses de antelación para dejar de colaborar.
Son una estafa

Hice un viaje en Logitravel y me envían un correo para dar mi opinión a través de esta página (Trusted Shops), hago una reseña negativa pues el servicio fué nefasto y no aparece por ningún lado. Les envío una queja y me responden que la reseña existe.
La reseña no aparece en la página de Logitravel y su valoración por esta empresa es de un sospechoso 4,7 ,cuando en trustpilot, que para mí es una empresa de referencia, es de un 3 sobre 5.
Algo huele a podrido en Dinamarca…

Realmente te venden algo que no funciona, buenas palabras para que firmes y después te dejan solo, sin atender un fiasco. Se refieren a que tu compras una suscripción te mandan su app y búscate la vida. Si podéis no contrataría con ellos nunca.

Es tan desesperante la relación cliente empresa con ellos, están totalmente deshumanizados y solo quieren tu dinero nada más. Me di de alta el 21 de febrero de 2023 con ellos, en diciembre de 2024, después de dos años con ellos, mi empresa lleva meses haciendo perdidas y tengo que darme de baja de la empresa y como autónomo por fuerza mayor, aviso en diciembre, 1 mes y 21 dias antes de que se renueve el contrato, que por fuerza mayor no puedo seguir con el servicio, porque he dado todo de baja, pues como no he avisado con los 3 meses que dice la cláusula, me quieren cobrar todo un año sin dar ningún tipo de solución, sabiendo mis circunstancia y no utilizando su servicio desde diciembre 2024, a mi se me caería la cara de vergüenza de lo deshumanizados que están, que solo se guían por cláusulas y les importan nada la historia que hay detrás, solo quieren tu dinero sin importar nada mas. Es una auténtica vergüenza que haya empresas abusivas así, sin ofrecer ni una solución, dadas la circunstancia. Voy a denunciarlos a todos los organismos europeos competentes, y llegaré hasta donde haga falta por este tipo de abuso. Abusadores con 0 humanidad y profesionalidad.

Lamentable. Es muy difícil contactar con ellos. Tienes que mandar un montón de correos electrónicos y las llamadas no se contestan. No me envían facturas de los cargos en cuenta.
Voy a cancelar el contrato.

After working with Trusted Shops for nearly a decade, I feel compelled to share a deeply disappointing experience — especially for other small businesses considering their service.

First, their **app performance for Shopify and WooCommerce is far from adequate**. The integrations are clunky, slow, and often unreliable. In contrast to other review platforms that offer smooth plug-and-play solutions, Trusted Shops feels outdated and poorly supported for modern e-commerce platforms. It often creates friction in customer journeys rather than adding value.

However, the **biggest frustration lies in their cancellation policy**, which I would honestly describe as **abusive**. Despite giving notice and clearly stating that we no longer wish to continue, we are being forced to pay for a **full additional year of service**, amounting to nearly **1.000€**, for a tool we are no longer using or benefitting from. There was no flexibility, no reasonable discussion, and no understanding — just strict enforcement of a clause buried in a lengthy contract.

After 10 years of loyalty, we expected a fairer and more respectful offboarding experience. Instead, we’re left with the feeling of being penalised for leaving — which speaks volumes about how the company values long-term clients.

There are now many more agile, user-friendly and customer-centric alternatives on the market. My advice? **Read the small print very carefully**, and think twice before committing.

Todo excelente, Rd un buen método, para comorar online, ya que en otras plataformas por ejemplo (Zalando) me han mandado productos viejos y descoloridos. Gracias esta tienda súper todo.

They are charging me direct debit payments for invoices that have already been paid, and despite several emails with supporting documentation, they continue to insist on charging me a fee for a fully paid invoice. The most striking thing is that, despite the evidence, they continue to insist on demanding amounts plus late payment fines.

Llevo desde el dia 16/06 esperando una respuesta sobre unas alianzas que compre el pasado 18/05.

Son unos mentirosos, solicité un reembolso de una tienda que llevo un mes esperando un frigorífico bajo mi garantía de Trusted Shops número: TS2C-1886876609, pues bien me escribe un tal Carlo Cedrola y me dijeron que me reembolsaban en un par de días, máximo el 6 de junio 2025, hoy es 13 de junio y solo una disculpa porque me informó erroneamente dice, ni un euro he recibido aún. Unos mal educados e incumplidores totales. They are very liars at Trusted Shops. An employee called Carlo Cedrola reviewed my guarantee TS2C-1886876609 and they told me to refund me back on 6th June 2025 in a pair of days maximun, today is 13 June and only a sorry from them, no refund, no money back.

Es una tranquilidad contar con esta protección.
