My name is Ursula Guipttons and I’ve been trying to contact Trust Arrow for a refund. You guys scammed me of $795. My student loan was never settled as you claimed. I called Fedloan and they said they do not work with this company and no settlement was made. I want my money back. There’s no valid website nor phone number. What trust arrow did was a crime. I have emailed and documents to prove i paid you.

I started working with TRUST ARROW in September of 2021. I was LEAD TO BELIEVE I was consolidating my student loan with 10 payments of 99.50 going TO MY DEBT. In 10 years if my income was under a certain amount, my debt would be forgiven I was not told in anyway that they were a "Consulatation Company" Forward to now. My last payment was 99.50 in June of 2022. Today 8/26/22 I find my debt IS NOT CONSOLIDATED and NOTHING went toward pay off of my loans as they LEAD YOU TO BELIEVE There are several of these companies are being SUED. DO NOT USE ANY go to the direct FED AID site and talk to ONLY THEM. This is DISGUSTING how these people prey on others trying to help themselves.
B4 they say I am a "Paid person from competitor" Its a lie, I have very much been taken for an idiot for 10 MONTHS Also loan consolidation NEVER CHARGES ANY FEES remember that

I was So Disgusted with my loan situation Until I contacted Trust Arrow For Help. Service was excellent, the Advisor made me feel wonderful knowing my loan was going to be taken care of with their help

I've had money from my checking account taken and my loans are still in default. I was told that after the initial payment, I would no longer be in default.

So when I had signed up, immediately the Agent Sara Smith got smart with me over the phone. I still went through with it because I wanted to get rid of my student loans, i go online to read reviews and they are all bad. So i called to cancel & Sara repeatedly hung up on me, was being so rude to me saying I work a regular Job unlike her. If I could get ahold of someone that is hire up from her that I can personally talk too that would be great. Till then, i will be finding a different company that will help me out with my student loans.
& this has nothing to do with me getting a refund. This has something to do with how the agent SARA SMITH talked to me over the phone. She was being RUDE! this company is a joke.

I have done everything needed for my fed loans to betaken off of my credit now I paid $500 for this company to get my loans off my credit I still have my letter micheal Vaughn sent to me from this company highly irritated I want my money back as I read your review your advocate for your company miss represented what this company is I was told this company would get rid of my student loan I would not have to pay anything because of this company and it would be taken of my credit your advocate lied this company lied and now I have to go back to my original program and I’m out $500.00 repay what you have tAken

I tried them out but was dissatisfied with their services. After paying my fee, a week later called back and got the run around so I wait for someone to call, never did. So I called back a week later and was transferred 3 or 4 times then they hung up on me. So I cancelled my card so they could not pull more money out. When I did that they were quick to call and send emails. This place or people are a joke and would not trust them to do anything for me.

I liked it & would like to try more for a better understanding

They could not have possibly been any more helpful and got me the best outcome possible.

We are new to Trust Pilot so perhaps still in the "honeymoon period". Anyway, like many reviewers, we feel strongest about really good or really bad experiences so our scores tend to be either 5star or 1star. Trust Pilot has a mechanism for checking validity of reviews where they may ask for proof that the review is actually true (which is NOT the case for Trip Advisor or Google!). We like that and strongly believe reviews MUST be truthful statements, free from defamation and provable. We also believe that a review rating without comments is not a review by definition. Such a ruling would eliminate 100's of millions of google "reviews" immediately and leave the review "space" a cleaner and more reasonable environment for businesses everywhere. Keep up the good work Trust Pilot - we like you!

Arrived within the time scale. I was grateful for the polite phone call one hour before delivery. Omar and Julio both very polite, helpful and considerate. I would defiantly recommend your service based on my experience today.

My name is Rebecca and these people had charged me $100 promising to help me and it's going on 2 months. I tried contacting them n I got hung up on transferred to somebody else and still got hung up on I got a voicemail and no return call I emailed the person that collected my funds and sent a welcome email with her direct line and still no response all I want is my money back ASAP NOW you did not help me department of education has not heard of u and said they don't charge to help u I had talk to the supervisor to get help return my dam money back this is sad one ray farms will hit u hard n u will find out how it feels to be done wrong n ur money taken from u when ur already struggling to make it

They charged me almost 1000 bucks for something that dosnt cost at all and now Im in debt for something I did not need. I called the Federal student loan people told me there is no charge for what they did and they screwed up the paper work.

I'm still getting messages from Nelnet saying I owe money. I just read your BBB rating and your nona credited business. Now I can't access my account on my FAFSA and you have my social security on your file

The funds were taken from my account and nothing has been done on my account
