Trust Business Arvostelua 

We recently had Trust Business install our new broadband and landline services. While the internet and Wi-Fi were working perfectly right out of the gate, we unfortunately experienced an initial issue where our landline was not connecting.

I am writing this review specifically to highlight the exceptional customer service provided by a representative named Jagdeep Singh. From the moment we reported the issue, Jagdeep took complete ownership of the situation. To ensure we weren't left disconnected, he immediately arranged for our landline calls to be diverted to our mobile phones.

Thanks to his proactive approach and dedication, the landline issue was completely sorted out within just 3 to 4 days of the installation. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was running flawlessly within that first week.

I gladly give Trust Business a 5-star rating for their reliable service, but I give Jagdeep Singh a 10/10 for his outstanding professionalism and helpfulness. Highly recommended!

We had many problems with our previous internet .
However , when we got connected with Praveen and follow his instructions .
We got the FTTP and now the internet is much better and we are very happy with that.

The worst internet supplier what I ever seen in my life , I’ve been waiting for engineers more than 1month and half , they book engineers who didn’t showed up for installing, they didn’t give you any answers , please trust me and avoid this internet suppliers to keep your business safe

Very very poor customer service actually the name doesn’t suit this company Trust Business don’t trust them,I have signed contract with them for -£37.99plus vat and I am getting bills every month with different amount like £57 and I and have ordered device for my Oyster card last week which they aren’t aware of and telling me that someone will call you regarding this but since last week nothing has been sorted .If you want to buy broadband go for BT only

Services is good and one thing my before setup is copper line and now its full finre so thats why noe speed is very good praveen has arranged everything for me.

This first time I am using this company and I was worried because I couldn't connect my mobile to my business telephone number, I called the technical team to inquire about this issue, and I was assessed by a gentleman called Pintu, he was amazingly helpful, it took a matter of minutes and he sorted it out for me, thank you again Pintu

Had a problem with time on my phone handset not updating after start of DST. One message to customer service, received a call back within minutes, changes were made at the server end and now it's all good. Excellent service from Pintu the IT/Techy guy.

we had an issue with our internet and wasn't working for a few days pintu helped us with confidence by directing us to the issue and by helping us resolve it with patience. Very happy and very pleased now that's it working. Thank you to pintu and all over staff me and the team are very happy.
