Durra resolvió mis dudas muy rápido y de una forma muy profesional.

ALERTT!!!! DO NOT GO IN BUSINESS WITH THEM!!

They kept charging for months AFTER cancelling the subscription because I forgot to also uninstall the app from Shopify (which does nothing anymore after cancelling the subscription).

They anyways kept charging money and refuse to refund as they "follow shopify guidelines" and "can't do anything about it"

It's just a weak excuse to scam you out of your money, watch out!!!

Always have issues every month with reporting and charge me so much! I ask for a partial discount for the month to rectify the situation and they said NO

Very satisfied with the app. The support is also very, they hlep you very quickly when you have an issue. (Thanks a lot to Windy)
100% recommended.

best app to see your real profit
thank you
very good chat service

Very happy with trueprofit and their customer service!

Very good customer service, they helped me every time I had a question! They also asked me if I needed help with the first installation, which was very nice!

A really useful app, I really needed something like that, really easy to use. and customer support is awesome.

Great App,
Very good support Team, Harper was great !

Great app, just wish the app was a little easier to use because I didn’t expect it to be as complicated as it was, but the customer support from Harper was quick and awesome!

This app since last year has been helping me in my business. I have compared it with other apps out there, but this one is the best that suits my need. So I decide to use it again with my new stores for this Q4. They even provide their support team to assist you through a real-time chatbox. Shoutout to Harper one of the team that helps me with these new stores. she is great :). Thanks TrueProfit and team.

I'm very happy to use this app, very easy and it gives you all what you need, worth it and cheaper than other competitor! also a great customer service

This app is very easy to use, and also pricing is very good. The app is very similar to the profit tracking app I used in the past. It shows accurate data, so you can calculate your profits and make precise decisions. Recommend!
