Absorbs so well and leaves my face truly moisturized. I'm not a greasy mess by the end of the day. The scent is light and not overpowering.

I really like the feel of the tallow. I’ve tried a number of different brands, and this is the least greasy. I use a retinal serum at night and the tallow was very calming to my skin. Unfortunately, I can’t use it on my face because the scent is way too strong for me. I like rose, and have used rose water sprays without any problem; but I can’t use this. I will be using the jar up on my body because I don’t want to waste it. I won’t be repurchasing, but I would repurchase if there was a product that just had the tallow with the base oils and not the infusion of the flower petals and rose wax. I only buy fragrance free products. While this doesn’t have any added artificial fragrance; I guess I have become sensitive to even natural ones.

I do like the inclusion of linoleic acid based oils, as most tallow balm doesn’t have them. My skin can be prone to clogged pores, and rosehip oil really helps. There’s a lot of discussion now about these oils being unstable, and while I avoid seed oils in my diet; I don’t think putting some quality rosehip oil on the face is in the same category. It makes a difference what it’s mixed with too. Great product; just too scented for me.

Best Moisturizer Ever!
