WATCH OUT: The company is based in Ireland and the goods are made in China. The advertised goods on facebook looked amazing but when the package actually arrived, it was nothing to what I had bought on fb. The fabric was extremely third class material. I spent a lot of money returning the goods back to the supplier but they never issued me a refund after the supplier in China had received my item. They are SCAMMERS!!!!!

Do not order from this company!

I ordered three summer beach sets from the company The True North Signature through an Instagram advertisement. When the order arrived, I immediately noticed that the actual products bore little to no resemblance to the items shown in the advertisement.

The three sets cost a total of €129, so I expected a corresponding level of quality. Unfortunately, the fabric was so thin and transparent that the sets were completely unwearable. The material was of extremely poor quality, the stitching was badly finished, and the print looked nothing like the images shown in the advertisement. In addition, the fabric had an extremely strong chemical smell.

To make matters worse, two of the three sets arrived defective. On one set, the drawstring was completely frayed. The other had a large open seam, as well as a white defect in the print on the trousers.

I reported these issues to the company and requested that the items be taken back, while also exercising my right of withdrawal. I was then told that I would have to return the goods to China at my own expense. Even the defective items were not accepted for return, despite their obvious defects.

The company has refused to accept the return and has only issued a partial refund for the two defective sets. However, these items are not wearable, and I want a full refund, which the company has refused to provide.

The company continues to insist that it will not refund anything further and that I must return the goods to China at considerable expense.

In my experience, this is absolutely unacceptable. Do not buy anything from this company. I strongly advise against ordering from The True North Signature.

Horrible experience DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

I ordered two pairs of leather boots for $250. One pair arrived 6 weeks later and were entirely plastic from China--though the site says they are based in Netherlands and the advertising suggests that they are Canadian.
When I asked for a refund, they informed me I would have to pay to ship the boots back and that there would be duties and fees associated that I would also be required to pay (a brief search of the internet showed that this amounts to them never giving the money back). When I followed up about wanting a refund for the second pair--against my explicit instructions, they sent the second pair, rather than issuing the refund I requested.

This is clearly a scam company relying on a duties/shipping scam to recoup money on their products that do not match description and are sold at the price of real leather products.

I am now having to try to claw back my credit card payment to recoup costs as I am unwilling to give them any more of my money.

SCAM --STEAR CLEAR!!

Ware wird aus China geliefert. Letztendlich kann man direkt bei Temu wesentlich günstiger bestellen. Die Kleidung sieht nicht aus wie auf den Bildern und besteht aus billig verarbeiteten Stoff. Für die Stornierung sollte ich auf meine Kosten den Rückversand nach China bezahlen 😤. Ich empfinde es als Frechheit. Es wird auf der Webseite nicht erwähnt das die Ware/ Kleidung aus China eingeflogen wird. Ich glaube das würde fast kein Mensch mehr bestellen!!!!

This is a SCAM. Dress looks nothing like pictures and company refuses to refund me in full. BEWARE!

We ordered what was represented as a sweatshirt when in reality it was not even a good quality t-shirt with silk screening when it appeared to be embroidered. Upon trying to return the product (oh and by the way it took 7 weeks to get to us) they want us to pay for shipping and only provide us with an $11 CDN refund on an item that cost $60. Pathetic customer service coupled with pathetic products.

Low quality, too small item received(more like a kid size). Return/refund policy is not acceptable.

Their product when arrived was very poor quality like someone sewed it in there garage. No labels on clothes and very cheap fabric. The promise was you can return within 3 days but they would not return item for a refund but instead wanted to bargain for a percentage of a refund.
