True Lumens sent our lights on schedule, they arrived earlier than promised and were made of high quality materials. Also, they even processed a partial return quickly after we realized that we ordered too many.

I have been a customer of True Lumens for about 2 years specifically purchasing Pro-Line Bollard Lights. I have been so pleased with the quality of this product I just purchased more. A company with exceptional customer service and great products.

I have several of their products and love them all the customer service is great i had to return 2 items no quotations asked and delivered in a week or less they even paid for return postage I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants good solar lights the tiki lights are awesome

I have both the Cree and Luna lights. They work great. Provide bright lights when we take our dog out after dark. Once they were fully charged, they have kept their charge reliably.

Very happy with my beautiful new Bollard lights, many compliments from neighbors and family I have shared pictures with. I've had the home improvement variety, there is no comparison to these.
I also bought multi-color RGB Garden Solar Lights, these will be fun for a party in the backyard. I don't have young children but I'm sure they would love them.
Also bought the Cree-1000 motion sensor lights which have a very good motion sensor and bright lights. I have some mounted where I want light when I walk to the area at night, also in areas that I want to know if someone is present in the dark.
True Lumens has the best customer service! I would say that I was a pain in the rear customer if it were my business. I changed my order, and ended up sending several emails to which they cheerfully replied with the info I was seeking. They are great and you won't be sorry if you decide to step up to these very nice solar powered lights.

I have purchased True Lumens solar lights for about 3 years now and I recently for the 1st time had an issue with one of them and even though it was just slightly out of warranty the company stood behind their product and shipped out a replacement. Even without the replacement I would of been happy to purchase another because these lights are amazing and their prices are incredible. Quality product and superior customer service is what makes this company stand apart from any competitor. If you want a quality and great product then True Lumens is it. I will definitely be purchasing more and telling my friends. Thank you again!

I am very satisfied with my dealings with True Lumens. I worried a little bit when my first order seemed to be taking some time for delivery but I realized that most everything in the past year was taking longer. When I received my order I followed the directions, set the lights in the sun for three days and placed them where I wanted them. I did have one problem, some of them did not work properly. I contacted True Lumens and they immediately sent me replacements. This company does what they say they will do. The flickering solar lights are beautiful, they stay on all night. I really enjoy them as do my neighbors. Thank you True Lumens for making my home more beautiful.

I bought 3 lights for my backyard which completely solved my problem. I have a new puppy who needs to go out a lot and the lights are the perfect answer since we have only one small light on the back of the house and it doesn't cover much. My True Lumens lights are attached to the attached garage and give the perfect amount of light. I had a temporary problem with one light and received a very timely response which solved my problem - all is good!

I purchased lights from True Lumens and I’m very happy with my decision. The lights are very bright, illuminating a big area, and they are compact. I also use them inside the house. In case the electricity goes out, here in Florida. So far, so good. I truly recommend these lights. I send them to my family in Puerto Rico as well. Try them for yourself!

The best outstanding customer support I have received! I had a unit which became defective. I then emailed True Lumens to let them know about the problem, and in a short time after a couple of emails, I received a brand new replacement unit. You just cannot get better customer support than that! I will continue to purchase items from them!

Waited some time before I gave my review. Lights are working as advertised. Looks great, Quality is good. The instructions on how to get it to change from the three different working options is poor. I did figure that out. I will be getting more soon. Best quality solar powered light on the market.
