Started using this because my daughter was buying everything with cash and spent it all in a few days. She also got scammed on other credit cards multiple times. I was tired of going to the ATM twice a week or more. This card is excellent for our situation. She is terrible with money and now I can help from anywhere.

I should've used Greenlight - here's why:
1. I can't reach anyone to speak with in person
2. Each time I try to transfer funds, I have to wait a week to use the funds complicating the whole process & reason I ordered the card
I use Greenlight for my teenagers and it's been a breeze. TrueLink has been horrible.

Love this valuable tool so much! Make distributing funds so easy.

Truelink is Friendly and professional and quick service and very helpful. Especially for Calable account members.

Never any glitches, great to answer questions. My only suggestion is change the reports so we can read it like a statement with debit, credits and balances shown for each transaction.

True Link has the best support team that I have worked with. They always respond quickly and help with whatever issue comes up. From a simple transfer to complex fraud, help is always an email away.

True Link is a great company. They’re a cross between a credit card and debit/atm card. I’m a federal Fiduciary that helps Veterans manage their money and I set up as many Veterans as I can with this card. They can use it to get money out of select ATMs (allpoint card) and they can set up automatic payments for things like Netflix or other like companies on their own. They can also order Amazon, DoorDash, etc…. And far as any problems that come up administratively, they are very easy to talk to, no outsourcing of telephone operators and every solution to the problem has been convenient and frankly makes sense. If the Veteran loses a card, you get a email, you get online, go to account, press replacement card and if expedited, they give you a tracking number so you can see where it is and when the Veteran activates the card you get an email. They’re very communicative and I never feel like I’m waiting to get any information. After 10 years of using them I won’t go back to the slow unreliable post office to get Veterans paper checks that get lost.

This was a great option for my mother who had dementia. She loved to shop so this was a way to let her keep some independence while also keeping tabs on her spending. It was always easy to add money to her card and the notifications when she made a purchase were super helpful.

I have good records of where the money is spent and it is easy to add to the debit card when needed.

Pretty easy way to track your loved one's spending who needs extra help. Once you get used to the quirks, it's okay. I do think deposits should be able to hit the card on Monday's though since both Saturday and Monday's are banking days. If you send money before the cutoff time on Friday though, it won't show up until Tuesday.

When my MIL was diagnosed with dementia, we had already started talking control of her finances. She had spent herself into a load of debt and was forgetting to pay bills.

As.we were getting her back into financial shape we were trying to find something to allow her to have some independence but with stronger guard rails than banks typically had for adults.

True Link has been so helpful. They even quickly added a feature that I suggested - to put in spending curfews - after I measaged them looking for an easier way to stop 2 am IHOP orders that my MIL would make if she woke up in the middle of the night and then forget she made when she went back to sleep.

There is such a gap out there in the market that allows adults with dementia some independence while preserving dignity.

Our agency has been using True Link for a few years. Using True Link has increased the independence of those who have developmental disabilities and are supported by our agency. It also decreases the staff workload by tracking expenditures and allowing access to funds to someone we may not see every day. I highly recommend their services to payees, guardians, and/or agencies looking for a better way to assist individuals with managing their finances.
