Support doesn't know how to work with multiplayer beginners, I always took the game seriously and with only one mistake made on June 9th which was recorded by an experienced player, of me trying to solve a problem I had done in an extremely unconscious way (noob). I was banned for 21 days in one of the best games, in my opinion, I've played in 14 years as a pc gamer.
PS: The player (13 years old max) manipulated the clip from his stream via twitch, not showing my apology for my mistake made in a totally unconscious way without even affecting anyone.

Just a bunch of people who take trucks games more seriously than real life, they will ban you for no reason even with clear evidence that you were innocent and if you try say something they will just extend ur ban. The moderators think that they are in the supreme court and take advantage of their power to ban you just because you get in their way even though they are at fault. DONT USE THEY WILL JUST BAN YOU

Played for about 2 weeks. My best friend then got the game so we could play online together. We drove through California to get to Vegas. 2 other players were glitched together in the Vegas parking lot. Assassin bans one of those guys for 7 days for causing problems in the parkinglot. My friend not wanting to be apart of the chaos moves his truck away from them, but as he ran out of room making a turn around the light post - he TAPS bumpers with another player. He APOLOGIZES, the player reverses out of the way to give my friend enough room to make it passed. By the time he reaches around the light post - BANNED FOR 12 DAYS - Reason Ramming / Wreckless Driving. Administrator AssassinGoEasy needs to be REMOVED. Inconsistent ban times. He's ruining the community and no one can use the website to report him because hes an admin on the website so he just dismisses the ban appeals and shoves everything under the rug. ADMIN ABUSE AT ITS FINEST and management stays clueless.

TruckersMP moderators are trash, banned me for ''Cheating'' my car suddenly glitched out and started flying, my friend was playing with me as well and could confirm it.

The free mod itself is overwhelmingly good, because after month or two of playing alone, you get little bored overtime. With this mod you have contact with people srre the world and you can make friends. I read others feedback below, and seems that some people blame the modification itself instead of people who run it. The modification is perfect. But it's the people who run it, developers and admins, mods are rude. They don't care about your privacy, you're always in bad position and you've a guaranteed ban if you don't prove that you're innocent. Basically admins, mods are above the law and they own and rule you. They can give you kick, ban and mute for trying to correct them. They make you give up your rights, you talk back to them = they ban you. I've been permanently banned for something I didn't do. Of course I've been banned once before, but it was my fault. But getting permanently banned for lagging while playing in Asia isn't fair. Also discrimination is big problem, I've been in VTC from Japan. I'm Japanese. Admins and mods are rude, very stereotypical and you can't speak in your own language or you'll get muted. Or even banned.
If you have a argument with an admins or mods, then just leave it and accept punishment or whatever they say to you and just sit quietly and listen. Or you'll get banned.

Another problem are drivers from forgein countries who don't know how to drive. Every couple of minutes or even seconds, there's always kids who crash, don't obey traffic law. It's a disaster in most of the time. People screaming through their microphone, kids insulting each other.

Stop blaming the modification, because it's a program. Blame developers, admins and mods. They're the reason this modification is slowly dying. Due to toxic behaviour. That's why I give 4 stars. Good modification with great fun. But toxic team of people under 18.

Where I upload all the videos where a want to report an idiot that has been blocking/ramming/reckless driving. First 7 videos where alright called "something on the road", but on the last video, my report got declined because the word in the title would be a slight insult to the perpetrator (or however they call it). I first didn't know it was about the title, so I asked why the report was declined. So after that I asked if the report was alright now and if it could be re-reviewed. So they set the feedback on "under investigation" so that chatboxthing doesn't go away after 1 week. And because I can make only one feedback, I can't do anything now. After asking to re-review it they also banned me from the online report system without me knowing why. They also aren't responding to my messages.

I deleted Truckers MP because it is just terrible, I don't know why I wanted to be a mod for these stupid people that just stole the game from a fair company (SCS)

Asking for donations because no one would pay them to be real game developers.

Everyone INCLUDING THE MODS sitting around in the city BLOCKING the gas station parking spots and being bored in the game chat INSTEAD OF PLAYING THE GAME LIKE EVERYONE ELSE is fine. You better not run into your friends though and have fun or you get banned for a longer amount of time than the guy who issued the ban has been a moderator.

Some people have too much time on their tiny hands and love to compare a video game to the real world while simultaneously absolving themselves and their friends from the same "crimes" you committed against your own friends. Durrrrrrr

Don't you dare question their authority either or you will be permanently banned because that's toxic behavior to have an opinion. Only on TrashcanMP is 2 friends minding their own business considered toxic behavior and being toxic and banning them for a month is acceptable. RuLe BrEAkeRs!!!

Trash community and trashier moderators. Have fun playing for 3 days and enjoy your 3 week ban because snowflakes are running this show like disgruntled power hungry poser police officers.

If you don't know a moderator you will be banned. You aren't allowed to play on this server unless you bow down and give up your rights as a human being.

Whole server should be shut down and everyone involved in this circus should be punished as harshly as they "punish" for not being a perfect, no life, video game sweat like they are.

When I’m trying to sign up for the first time through steam it says registration failed try again later like how bad of a company are they.

Worst part is there false ban, They just Banned me for Ban evading, So to me to ban evade I didn't get Banned WT H, and they just Keep saying we saw ur logs etc.. The Mod I met is completely useless in the 2nd appeal He just copy pasted what he sent in the first appeal and now I got only 1 appeal remaining, Hope SCS Software makes There own Multiplayer System soon to Truckersmp get Lost , Also guys Careful They Truckersmp got So many bugs And They Ban U for that as well

Ich würde am liebsten keinen Stern dalassen weils mich einfach aufregt und ich bei der im Spiel einfach das falsche passwort oder Email eingegeben und wenn man es Resetten will gibt man die Email ein und bekommt keine Bestätigung und ich hab einen neuen steam acc und hab ne andere Email und der will die nicht annehmen TruckersMP es ist zwar toll weltweit Multiplayer zu fahren aber das ist nur eine pure Enttäuschung

Einfach nur unmöglich, stürzt ständig ab, man wird gebannt weil man einmal einen gerammt hat andere rammen ständig und werden nicht gebannt. Das ist der letzte schrott - kann ich nicht empfehlen!

An sich eine coole Sache online spielen zu können. Dennoch gibt es viele Spieler, welche mit Absicht rammen und einen den Spaß verderben. Über das Bansystem, brauch man gar nicht zu sprechen. Eine Person rammt sich weg, du versuchst deinen Auftrag zu retten und wirst für „Blocking“ gebannt.

I just got banned for alleged ramming and bad driving. And 5 minutes ago I had an accident with the guy he forced me to do and why did I get banned?

Schlecht gemacht, kann ich keinem Empfehlen.
Spielt lieber Singleplayer ist besser.
Online macht man Aufträge so wie Offline bloß mit einem Unterschied,
Online rammt dich immer irgendwer und man hat direkt ein minus von über 20.000 und mehr, dafür müsste man mehrere Stunden Spielen und ja bei jedem Auftrag wird man gerammt und bleibt somit für immer im Minus.
Habe es gelöscht, keine Lust auf sowas.
Mein Account hab ich gleich mit Gelöscht.

What a waste of time, the mods and admins are biased and the servers are always full. I got banned because someone stopped in front of me and a moderator crashed into me, it was on his live stream which shows it was obviously not my fault but that didn't make no difference. If I did something wrong I would accept that but I'm not being accused. Don't waste your time, I deleted my account. I was told to learn the laws of the road in Europe before I came back on, so basically if you've never driven a truck before you will be band. Honestly, don't waste your time I can't say that enough.

like this kid was yelling at my friend and he was afk so i tell him like he is not here to move his truck so u can pull in to your spot but he continued to yell and say that this is my drop off point i need to get in and i said i cant do anything so he tried to go around me and i pushed my truck up against his trailer and i blocked him and i got perma banned 10/10 would not recommend and because he had a connection with a mod he got me perma banned SO F***ING STUPID
