Your shopping cart system improperly filled out my address. My package was not delivered on time. I called your customer service line, and was given a bunch of run around. The service rep was rude, abrasive and unhelpful. I have been a customer for years and this was a terrible experience. Several years ago, I had a package get messed up and your company gave me some of the best customer service I have ever had. This time it was a joke,

The header plate was great. Was not clear in order form that perpetual trophy did not include the 12 gold plates for the awards. Is pictured with them on order site. Would never have ordered if had realized thos 12 plates were not on the trophy.

I was sent an inferior product - plates printed in a small & almost unreadable font, looking nothing like what was shown on the site or like a previous order. I was told the fonts had changed & I should have specified, but how was I to know? Options should have been offered. I was refused a refund or even a discount on a reorder, even though what I ordered is unusable.

The trophy itself was 5 stars and better than I thought it would be. The team not following specific shipping instructions was 3 Stars, which is how i reached 4Stars. They cost me $11.99 to have UPS deliver the item on the exact day i needed it delivered (not early, not late)... No one paid attention to that note for whatever reason.

Other than that, we were pleased.

Trophy Depot did an amazing job getting me my trophies before my event. I was nervous that they would not arrive on time, but they delivered. I will be using Trophy Depot for my trophy needs moving forward.
