man muss ja schon sagen "irgendwie selber schuld", wenn man Angebote sieht, die zu schön sind, um wahr zu sein.
In diesem Fall wäre Misstrauen angemessen (oder zwingend) gewesen, wenn eine SSD Festplatte mit 2Tb Speicherplatz für etwas mehr als 50€ angeboten wird, und das auch noch über einen Laden, der primär Klamotten verkauft. Ist mir schon mal passiert, dass eine Europäisch anmutende Webseite mit netten und glücklichen Menschen und einem ganz und gar nach Europa klingenden Namen sich als ein Chinesische Anbieter entpuppt hat, der bei Nachfragen auch über seinen deutschen Strohmann nicht mehr erreichbar war - soviel nur zum Hintergrund.
Dennoch habe ich es ausprobiert, und was soll man sagen - Tut es mir nicht gleich! Nach Wochen kam das Ding in spärlicher Verpackung, aber was soll da kaputt gehen?
Der Datenspeicher war kein wirklicher, denn er gab die 2Tb an, die aber nicht nutzbar waren. Nachdem alle Festplattendienstprogramme (vorhersehbar) versagt hatten, habe ich auf meinem Reklamationstrip erfahren können, wie man unzufriedene Kunden systematisch ermüdet, indem man ständig neue Dokumentationen zum offensichtlichen Defekt verlangt (sogar Videoclips der erfolglos vor sich hin arbeitenden Dienstprogramme!). Die Antworten sind alle KI-generiert und von einer schlüpfrigen Freundlichkeit, die nicht gut für den Blutdruck ist. Schließlich habe ich es sportlich genommen und immer wieder mit Platitüden zurückgeschrieben, bis die KI erschöpft war (Hhaa!). Nun hat mir Troeteltuin einen Ersatzartikel meiner Wahl zum Preise des Schrotts zugesagt (wie gesagt, ein Klamottenladen). Den brauchte ich natürlich nicht wirklich, aber ich sehe keine Möglichkeit, überhaupt an einen irgendwie gearteten Gegenwert für mein Geld zu kommen.
Bin mal gespannt, ob ich nach der nächsten Lieferung erneut hier eine Notiz schreibe, um andere zu schützen. FINGER WEG!

Ik kocht een schattige dierenknuffel voor mijn partner en ze was er helemaal weg van. De stof is zacht en voelt niet nep. Hij kwam ook sneller aan dan verwacht. Heel tevreden.

My toddler is obsessed with this football plush and drags it everywhere with him. It’s soft enough to cuddle but feels durable which isn’t always easy to find with toys. I liked getting tracking updates without having to chase anything. It arrived exactly when promised and quickly became his favourite..

Do not buy from Troeteltuin! Awful!

Ordered two children's cameras, here are the issues:

1. Took ages to deliver (did not arrive for Christmas even though ordered well within a reasonable timeframe). Nowhere stated they come from China. Refund requested as they did not arrive in a time advertised and now have no use and this was ignored. This I believe to be misleading as I would not have bought these if I knew they needed to come all the way from China.

2. Product was faulty - one camera is faulty and does not include parts as advertised. No response for weeks after I chased multiple times.

3. Refund requested and denied (well within timeframe and for a faulty product should be granted). Now a replacement has apparently been sent - which I did not want, and do not need and clearly stated.

4. Emails ignored multiple times. Awful customer service. Weeks to finally reply and not helpful in response.

5. For a company that’s not cheap - they have unclear timeframes policies and does not adhere to legal return policies.

I will be reporting this company - this is not how you do business in 2026 and they should be held accountable. This is not a once off, if you see the other reviews you will see others have had the same experience as I did.

Troeteltuin - please look at how you do business and update your return policies and customer service to adhere to ethical standards of business.

THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT FALL FOR IT

Nowhere on their website said that the item would be arriving from China. I could deal with a longer wait but the item never arrived. I’ve emailed them multiple times about it but received very little response.

When they finally did reply they said my item won’t be arriving and that they want me to chose a different item! Shocking. No mention of apology or a refund. I’ve asked them for a full refund and expressed my dissatisfaction with their approach. They replied that they don’t do refunds which directly violates Customer Rights Act 2015.

I urge everyone who has been scammed by them to contest the charge on their credit card and report the website as fraudulent.

Their returns policy, declared on their website, is a trip up the garden path. It has been a nightmare dealing with Troeteluin from the beginning.
First of all you think the name sounds like it’s a European firm probably Scandinavian. But the firm is based in China and so any returns have to be sent at your own expense to China despite it saying on their website that they have a 30 day returns policy (which when clicked on gives no details).

The goods which were ordered as Christmas presents took 18 days to arrive and so were useless as Christmas presents.

The packaging was totally inadequate as the parcel arrived torn with the plastic protective casing. It order to get my refund implicit in the 30 day return policy I have to post the items to China at my own expense and then apparently accept their word if they say that they are damaged and therefore lose both my money and the goods. What a joke.

Since I put the above review on Trust Pilot, Troeteltuin replied to say that they would like to "make it right" for me and I should contact them. This is a completely disingenuous reply as I was already in contact with them, and they have not offered any different solution since reading my review.

In a further exchange of emails, I asked Troeteltuin how I should package the microscopes when I return them to the address in China - at my expense. They told me that I should return them in a sturdy box, "to ensure safe transit". This tells you a lot about this firm's approach to customer care as they sent the microscopes to me in the flimsiest of packaging (I have photographic evidence of this).

So when they were sending the goods to their customer they were obviously not interested in ensuring "safe transit". I can only assume this is because it would increase their costs.

Buying from Troeteluin has been a salutary lesson to never again order online from a firm outside of the UK. Also nowhere on their website was it apparent that the good were being shipped from China.

Adverteren met producten die dus hartstikke nep zijn en uit China komen. Bieden een oplossing aan, maar je moet zelf je product terug sturen naar China. Dit is oplichting van het hoogste niveau.
Een ster is nog teveel

1 ster is al te veel. Lijkt een mooie website, maar is oplichterij. Producten komen blijkbaar uit China, wat niet gecommuniceerd wordt. Besteld op 9 december, nog steeds niets ontvangen en geen antwoord via de klantenservice. Geld weggegooid dus!! NIETS KOPEN OP DEZE WEBSITE

Zijn gewoon oplichters,koop je iets krijg je na lang wachten het chinees product niet compleet.
Bellen zou een wonder zijn,maar zoals altijd bij oplichting bestaat het nummer niet. Mailen is antwoord krijgen als ze zin hebben. Ik ga toch maar weer eens aangifte doen van oplichting.
KOOP DAAR GEWOON NIKS,
Anders bestel het zelf in China,veel goedkoper en wel compleet.

Troeteltuin is een dropshopper,alles komt bij Alipres vandaan,uit China dus
Ze doen 500% op de inkoopsprijs en bij klachten is er altijd hetzelfde antwoord ,niet bellen maar e mailen
Niets kopen dus ,afzetters

Ik heb maar een deel van de bestelling gehad. Voor het duurste item dat ik nooit heb ontvangen word ik van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd. Ze beweren dat ik het gehad heb maar dat is niet zo. Na veel bellen en mailen met GOFO en de troeteltuin nog zonder resultaat. Ik voel me echt belazerd! Bovendien komt het uit China en zijn ze daar niet transparant over.

Dit is geen webshop in Amersfoort of Utrecht, dit is oplichterij. Telefoonnummer is niet bereikbaar en per mail wordt je met excuses afgescheept. De producten die ze verkopen zijn geen originele producten maar is allemaal zooi uit China. Als je al iets (veel te laat) krijgt, krijg je voor veel geld niets. Trap er niet in, koop hier niets!!

Kado besteld op 16 november. Per mail kreeg ik een track and trace die 'verzonden' bleef aangeven... daarna geen updates meer. Na trustpilot te hebben gecheckt, werd ik toch wat ongerust. Het telefoonnummer op de website geeft geen gehoor. Ik tegenstelling tot de overige reviews hier, kreeg ik per mail wel snel een antwoord en een nieuwe track and trace-code. Daarop was te zien dat de bestelling vast zat in transit in China via Yanwen. Deze code gaf mij wél een duidelijke track and trace. Na 3 weken is het pakje netjes aan de deur afgeleverd.
De bestellingen vragen dus een beetje geduld, maar ze komen wel.

De score is wat mij betreft dus vooral bepaald op het feit dat de website schijnbaar Nederlands is, met vermelding van een Nederlands contactadres, maar blijkbaar vanuit China per stuk levert en onderdeel is van een bedrijf uit Dubai. Daar was ik niet naar op zoek en voelt dus heel misleidend voor iemand die de Temu's en Sheins van deze wereld tracht te mijden.

Over de kwaliteit kan ik nog niet veel zeggen. Het wekkertje oogt stevig (wat ook wel mag voor de betaalde prijs)... dus fingers crossed.

Oplichters dat is wat het zijn.
Ik heb een bestelling gedaan en kwam er later achter dat het uit China kwam. Ik wilde dit annuleren en dit kon zogenaamd niet meer. Tot op heden me bestelling niet ontvangen het is zogenaamd onderweg met GOFO en er staat dat ze aan de deur zijn geweest maar ik niet thuis was gisteren. Toevallig was ik dus wel de hele dag thuis en heb ik de camera beelden terug gekeken en er is niemand aan de deur geweest.
Zowel troetel tuin als GOFO zijn gewoon oplichters. Ik heb contact opgenomen met de klantenservice maar geen gehoor.
Jammer dat je op zo’n manier mensen moet oplichten

Review:
Ik heb op 26 november een bestelling geplaatst, maar sindsdien niks meer gehoord. Geen update over de verzending en geen enkele reactie van het bedrijf.

Wat het nog erger maakt: mijn e-mails komen terug, omdat het e-mailadres van het bedrijf blijkbaar niet werkt. Hierdoor is het onmogelijk om contact op te nemen of mijn vraag beantwoord te krijgen.

Ik begin serieus te vermoeden dat ik ben opgelicht. Tot nu toe een ontzettend teleurstellende en onprofessionele ervaringen

I wish I'd read the review of this company before buying from them. They claim to be Dutch but tracking my delivery I find it's Chinese and there is no indication that my purchase will ever arrive. Others have suggested it's a scam and it seems they are rught

Een horloge besteld bij de troeteltuin die uiteindelijk na 3 weken(!) binnen kwam.. In de tussentijd diverse malen contact gezocht met de troeteltuin om te vragen waar mijn bestelling bleef. Na 2 weken ontving ik het antwoord dat ik contact op moest nemen met de verzendmaatschappij. Die vertelde mij dat ze nog helemaal niks hadden ontvangen van de troeteltuin...
Maar na 3 weken dus eindelijk mijn nieuwe horloge thuis gekregen. Fijn zou denken maar helaas kwam er na 2 dagen dragen al condens in het uurwerk. En dat terwijl het horloge tot 200m onder water zou moeten kunnen. Na 2 weken contact gezocht te hebben kreeg ik eindelijk een antwoord: "ze zouden er naar kijken". Wéér 2 weken(en 2 mailtjes vanuit uit mij) later, krijg ik het voorstel van de troeteltuin dat ze mij 10% van het aankoopbedrag te kunnen geven..

De troeteltuin blijkt dus echt aan alle kanten een waardeloze webshop!

Afijn, dit wordt dus een gevalletje consumentenbond.

En dan na 2 weken de reactie van troeteltuin op deze review:
"We willen dit graag rechtzetten – kun je contact met ons opnemen?"
Ik neem al 6 weken contact op met jullie! 🤡
