Poor Shipment Packaging
I ordered 2 cameras and a Network Video Recorder (NVR). The cameras and NVR were shipped separately. The cameras arrived in a box and were packed with insufficient Styrofoam packing material. The NVR arrived in large box with deflated plastic air pillows. Both boxes were poorly packaged for shipping.

We take great care in preparing orders for shipment, but it’s clear that in this case the packaging did not provide the level of protection you expected. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as it helps us review and improve our packing procedures with our warehouse team.
We're glad your cameras and NVR arrived, but we understand that receiving items in packaging that appears insufficient can be concerning. We are reviewing this matter internally to help ensure future shipments are packed more securely.
