1. Ad Schedule: The original campaign included 66 out of 100 scheduled spots on ITVBe and ITV2, with the earliest airing at 8:10am, not 6am as mentioned. We acknowledge some scheduling errors due to COVID disruptions, and we apologised for this at the time.
2. Resolution: We made significant efforts to work with you and address your concerns. Despite waiting on responses, we provided a second, brand-new advert at no extra cost, which aired with an additional 164 spots on Sky Atlantic — a major channel known for shows like Game of Thrones: House of Dragons.
3. Double the Exposure: In total, you received 230 spots, more than double what was originally agreed upon.
