DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE…

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE DODGY. I had an issue with a roborock vacuum which started around 12 months after I purchased the product via Amazon. They constantly give you the run around and try to get you to fix the unit unit (which I did) but when nothing worked they asked me to ship it to them (at my cost) and they said they will try to fix it. I contacted Roborock directly and they said they could not assist as the business is not an Authorised roborock dealer. I have contacted Amazon and told them what happened and that there was nothing on Amazon's website that indicated it was a parallel import and thus no Australian warranty.
Amazon also said that the firm had a different name to the one which was on the invoice I was sent (Very Dodgy). I am off to NSW fair trade and the ACCC next.
Keep away from these guys. They are crooks.

Purchase the T-shirt from this company…

Purchase the T-shirt from this company extra large which may be an extra large in Taiwan but certainly not in the United States of America be warned about sizing I'm not so sure about the 60% cotton and 40% polyester either we'll probably never order anything from this company again under these conditions

Please ask Tristar Online to stop sending me emails. I really hope that Kogan reviews their partners. The Tristar Online emails are very unprofessional.

Could Not Lie Straight In Bed

Don't trust this seller. Posts items at heavily discounted prices online. Item levels reflect adequate stock. Seller then cancels my order, stating that the last item is damaged and they cannot get further stock. Seller then increased the price on their site, stock levels still reflect plenty of items. Numerous garbage excuses about website glitches. Save youself the heartache. UPDATE: asked seller to produce photo of supposedly damaged stock, nil response.

Bought an iPad pro from them

Bought an iPad pro from them, not only was it cheaper than other places like marketplace and eBay. It was also in pristine condition like they said, 100% battery. 0 marks found
