Ordered a helmet which was in store and payed, when I asked a wk later for an update on shipment I didn't get a respond, after several chats on their website they finally responded and on a sudden it was a pre-order now which is weird cause normally you only pay when it's available and before it gets shipped not pay infront!!!
Last week they responded my order would b shipped that week but nothing, not responding again as before, I asked for a refund as this shop really has no customers service and lack on even respond a question, they can learn allot from our dutch online sellers who will send you a bill soon they have the item in stock again not charge infront and definitely keep their customers informed instead of lie to them, never again I'll order here they're terrible!!!

,seeing the respond comment below only makes me laugh and even more sure about my experience with this shop, keeps denying as i'm 100% sure it wasn't a preorder when i ordered the helmet otherwise i couldve just preordered it in my own country would've saved me allot and would have it faster, they just don't had the helmet in stock so made up it was a preorder and have the money for it already in their pockets, smart but not custummor friendly it's not how its done here preorder You pay soon its available not infront ,anyway i recieved the helmet after awhile but also learned a wise lesson never to order there again

I ordered my RB18 Max Verstappen Miami winner Model Car. I received all of my confirmations immediately, along with all the shipping information. The order was shipped almost immediately and arrived in perfect condition. The details on this F1 car are immaculate. I have 0 complaints and will definitely be ordering from here again! 5 stars !!

No tiene en stock lo que compras, a pesar de que en la web dice que está disponible ahora (aviable now) incluso en otros sitios como ebay, cosa incomprensible. Tarda muchísimo en contestar los mensajes, algunos ni los contesta. Al final me hizo la devolución pero me quedé sin artículos.

I ordered and paid mid Oct. for in stock item. I never heard anything regarding progress of the order. My repeated requests about my order were ignored and many many visits to their site to track were futile. Each time was the same, being told ˋorder unfulfilled´. It is now 24 Nov and over the last few days, I made further persistent requests for info which again were ignored. I gave up and requested an immediate refund which was carried out. They did this but other requests being ignored of course, I find extremely rude, frustrating and downright rotten. Their website states the item is readily available TODAY!! Go figure.
This is the first time I’ve ever placed an order with them, so it’s not a case of a poor track record with these people - they didn’t know me from Adam!! This is a strange attitude on their part considering their 100% rating by other customers. Hope this report doesn’t go unnoticed. John Moore
