When my flight was cancelled due to the Europe airline staff strike(Major strikes are Lufthansa and Eurowings) they responded immediately and guided me through the rebooking process. Although my flight was cancelled twice within 7 days, Upasana’s communication was clear and she ensured everything was handled efficiently.
