Very simple process. I was getting stung on my Elec and Gas badly from then I was with relations with Ryan for the past week over at Trilogy, he managed to get me 7.5% savings across the board until the end of my current contract. So simple, all completed over the phone and by email.

Finally my issues resolved with my utilities after back and forth with my suppliers, trilogy were able to refund my unfair sky high water bills. They have given me the full package sorting great rates on gas and electricity too!!

Trilogy contacted me stating I have been overcharged on my bills and will help me get back my money from my water company. They sent out one of their representatives “Steve kassim” who signed me up. I have to admit it felt too good to be true. But I thought I will give them benefit of the doubt. Steve exact words, “if you don’t believe it just check out our trust pilot reviews”. I signed up and a looooong time later I’m still waiting on this “money back”. Not at all happy with their service. One of their representatives reached out to me after I originally posted this review and told me “I will personally deal with your account providing you remove your review”, again I believed it. I was told he will update me along the way, but not much luck in this field also. After chasing him he informed me the company have refused to pay out and he’s challenged it. When they signed me up they assured me it was such a smooth process. But has been a nightmare. Still waiting for this so called payout.

This company has helped me from start to finish. They saved me thousands on multiple Caravan Sites/Pubs etc… myself and family/friends own.
I gained a rebate with a great service around the board.
They have a great connection with utility companies to always save on renewals. The list goes on and on.

Great personal service from Gareth, and although it is early days it seems to be an excellent service and process. It's good to have the personal touch but might benefit from a little more technology - digital signing for example. Delighted so far.

Trilogy called me up at the start of the year claiming that I’ve been overcharged on my utility bills and I’m due a rebate. I never heard anything from my supplier at the time so I was sceptical at first. I booked in an appointment and they explained the whole process to me in person.

I received a call from a company called Trilogy which seemed suspicious.
However, luckily I was wrong. They ended up saving me lots of money and the switch was quite easy.

Trilogy came out to see me explained everything to me in full I could physically see the overcharges I was making. I have now also received my rebate in a surprisingly fast turn around.
